They sold me a galaxy tab 3 in January. I went to sell it back in Feb. No problems I just bought a laptop and no longer use it. Not only did they say I had the wrong serial number but they low balled for 25 bucks. When 30 percent of 99 is 33 I should of at least got 33 dollars back. Place used to have good service but lately the employees are rude and make me feel very uncomfortable when shopping. Overall very bad experience here.

They always give me the Best deals compared to the other pawn shops in town (Reno/Sparks)plus they are very friendly .I would recommend Super Pawn over any other pawn shop in Reno/ Sparks. Especially when getting a loan or pawning an item.

the worst pawn shop not only in reno but out of any I have ever dealt with you would be better off finding a drug dealer you would get more from them this place is a joke which is probably why they have a shop as small as my bathroom

Terrible customer service, rude and unknowledgeable when it comes to selling items. They clearly dont want to make a profit for the location.... A couple of the ladies are amazing..... But its a roll of the dice if u get them
