This store didnt have what I was looking for and didnt offer to order it for me or make themselves useful in any way.I walked around a bit longer and did find some titles of the subject I was searching for that the information desk didnt find. I watched an employee of the adjoined Starbucks openly bad mouth her coworker and continue to mumble under her breath as she walked away to her small child that was running around the bookstore causing havoc. Screaming, running around , into everything, falling down and crying while the lady watching him did nothing. Poor customer service which is shocking considering the company could axe all their jobs and sell solely online! They are turning in to novelty toy stores anyway!

The selection is ok. The staff is hit or miss. I was offered a deal there in December where because you shopped at Books A Million you could pick from a selection of magazines and they would send you a certain number of free issues. I picked 3. I asked twice and was assured by the cashier that it was completely 100% free and I would never be charged. Fast forward a few months later and I notice $100+ had been drafted from my bank account via the debit card I used to pay for my books that day. The cashier lied and I was charged for the magazines she told me would be COMPLETELY free. Turns out the cashiers got a commission if they got people to sign up. She scammed me. I havent shopped here since.

Freida the barista at the cafe has THE best customer service in this place, hands down. I even tested her patience by making her chop the ice up in my coffee more, and then asking for more chai mix (and going on in my annoying-ness...). Freida did all of this with a smile on her face. WAY TO GO, YOU MAKE MY DAY EVERYTIME I COME IN! This place has great deals on books, and always has a themed sale going on :)

Nice quiet bookstore with an amazing selection of books that is kept well organised. Staff seemed mostly friendly and were happy to let me just browse around. Really enjoyed how quiet it was inside. Only complaint is that books can be found cheaper elsewhere, particularly online sometimes.

The store has items any modern book store would have. The building is older and pretty run down. The employees are helpful sometimes. If you need a book, they have them. If you are wanting coffee and a fun atmosphere while browsing a bookstore, probably better trying somewhere else.

Great Funko Pop And toy selection with great prices. With the rising prices from GameStop its nice to see that BAM is still respecting their customers with proper pricing. Cant wait to go back the next time Im in the area for another pop hunt.

Lots of great books! I sat here for hours trying to decide on which category to sit near and look at. Books seem a bit pricey but it may have just been the cookbook area I was in. They have a cool rewards program.

They have a great selection of books and the coffee shop is amazing. The staff is always helpful and their rewards program saves me a lot of money on books as well as coffee!
