The new Books a Million in Westchester Commons is clean, new, and the customer service associates are friendly and professional. My problem lies within the obvious bias they have towards right wing political books. They offer virtually no books from other viewpoints. The lack of balance makes their selection look like agitprop and not a serious section. Not sure if this is a corporate thing or a local buyer decision- but either way, its not a smart or inclusive policy.

Great store, great people... With todays electronics the "book stores" seems to be far and inbetween. Regardless of other reviews such as "lack of right wing politics", obviously lacks insight. Reviews like that are narrow-minded and ignorant. Obviously you do not anything about the retail word and what sells... buy a clue... great store, great people, and great books!

Love this place, I often go there with my children, we have snacks and coffee, read books; priceless moments. Staff is friendly & helpful. Great selection of books, magazines, kids toys etc.. I like to go there to support them and hope their business is strong.
