I have had many good experiences with taking my cocker spaniel to petco. I find it to be a little odd that I set up an appointment and they still dont have my dog completely done after 3 hours. Today though o took my dog in, his hair longer then normal due to the weather but she cut my dogs ear. This groomer had never cut my dogs hair and I was skeptical but his normal groomer said she does a great job. SHE DIDNT! she gave me three different excuses onto how it would happened. She didnt charge us for the groom but after getting my fog home I see that the small cut she had said is about an inch long and that his hair had blood in it. From now on we are only going to Andrea who does a great job with him but unfortunately only works part time or we will find a new groomer.

30 % more on average then petsmart on my dogs food. Plus they do not match the coupons that petsmart offers. Because they do not ever really offer any coupons for them selfs. The the 30% less and the 15 dollars off that petsmart is offering I will just drive to tri cities even with the price of gas I will still save money.

Dog grooming service is top notch. Easy appointments, friendly staff, artistic groomers. My dogs look wonderful after a session here.
