My very small, very young puppy had some sort of neck injury, so we took him to their so called vet or pet hospital. The receptionist was an insufferable, ignorant, rude and incredibly unknowledgeable person. Without asking a single question, without even looking at my puppy, and without even getting up from her seat she diagnosed my puppy with parvo which is absolutely NOT what he had. I would definitely NOT recommend taking your pets there because the receptionist wont even do her job well enough to get your pet seen by someone that actually knows what they are talking about. She said "well, the vets are busy with other pets BUT if you pay a substantial amount, Ill have one see your puppy.." seriously? As someone thats supposed to LOVE animals, you would think she would at least care about the animal but nope.. all about the money.

This is a great store for all your pet needs. They really have a huge variety of animal supplies here and they offer pet adoption on Saturdays. Ive seen quite a few animals here on the adoption days. Another thing I like about this store is the sales. Every time Ive been in the store, theyre having a sale. I think Ive bought one item in the 20 times Ive been there, that wasnt on sale. The prices are very reasonable and I would say they slightly edge out Petco in this department. The return policy is great as well. I returned an item without a receipt and they were able to find the purchase through my Petsmart Rewards account. The employees went above and beyond to help me. They even offered my dog a cookie!

This petsmart has a very good staff that is very knowledgeable and goes beyond the expectations to help out its shoppers. However, the grooming area needs to be better staffed with professional groomers. Nicole A was the "groomer" for my canine and she did not know a single grooming term, nor did she even groom my canine or bath her right. I will continue to shop here as a regular customer, but will definitely stay away from the grooming area at this store.

Can be a bit pricey at times. Most of the staff is friendly but I do not for one minute believe the groomers are professionals. Ive taken my dogs there several times (because its close) and out of the 3 employees who have trimmed my dogs nails, only one does a good job. Once I witnessed one of the female "groomers" being really rough and impatient with someone elses dog so I left immediately and I will never let them near my dogs again.

Store items a little pricey at times, but offset by friendly, courteous staff. Groomers have the most difficult job but seem to handle themselves and their charges well. Many years ago had my Keeshond groomed after a romp in a hay field chasing squirrels. An independent groomer wanted to shave her. The Pets mart groomer spent several patient hours with her and did an excellent job. Highly recommend Pets mart grooming!

I always come here and the staff is always friendly and sweet to my puppy child. Today 8/4/17, I met your associate Katie and what a pleasure it was. She helped me to find a kennel for my puppy and she took a lot of time and was also kind to my pup. She was very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. I hope you guys realize the gem you have at your store. I look forward to returning.

Their staff is rude and acts like they hate their job. We took are dachshund to get her nails trimmed and anal glands expressed. The groomer had attitude and yanked my dogs paw while trimming her nails. She took her back to do the anal glands and came right back out, so never was done. Wont be going back here again. Will be going to my vet to have this done from now on.

Clean but staff needs to focus on customer service more. Registers are not staffed enough, not proactive on bringing up another rep to check customers out. Avoidance of customers seems to be the rule here. Shopped here again today because its close but had same experience as usual. Will go to Clovis location instead, the reps at least ask if you need help.

I bought a bird house from there and my love bird almost died after she got all tangled up in it from her neck and wings and feet .I called the store and told them what happened. The man told me O well thats to bad, I dont know what to tell you, really what kind of service is that by the way this happened at 315 April 11 2016

They miscommunicated their closing time and when we showed up just in time to pick up our chihuaha, they were already closing up. Meaning they were going to leave for the night and leave our dog inside alone in the dark. She was very scared! They will not go the extra mile for your pet. Go somewhere else.

They were out of what I needed, came back once and called twice. Still dont have it, and all they could do is say we dont have a spot on the shelf for it, not let me ask someone or let me check the computer. Never gave me an exact answer as what to do.

We have found PetSmart very helpful and stocked with the items needed and ready to answer questions. We are always greeted upon entering and if the checkout line starts to backup they call additional cashiers. Couldnt ask for better customer service.

They have almost anything you can think of for your pet but the prices were a little high in my opinion. I bought some flea and tick shampoo and a flea collar for my dog and it came out to be like 22 dollars!

I took my dog to the groomers a few days ago and he came back with clipper burn on his testicle area, he seems depressed because he is clearly in pain and I wont let him lick the area... NEVER going back

Its a great store for fish. They honor returns up to 14 days. Tyler is very funny and helpful. The girl in fish department is very good and knows what shes doing. Thank You

Big store with friendly employees. Large assortment of dog food. (And almost every other kind of pet food) The negative is that somethings are a bit overpriced.
