I go to Tails for a complete variety of options (Live in Morro Bay); They were great and supportive when I adopted from the animal shelter; Such great staff and very friendly; They even encourage your dog in the store.. I frequent the store for blinking lights that keep the dogs visible at night.. They have a really good selection, maybe their prices arent as low as mega-stores but its LOCAL and I support that.. SLO isnt a cheap place to have a business! I hope you will give it a try.. we have had good success there..

This is the best pet store in town by far! They have a large variety of treats and toys. The prices are similar to the big name stores but they have better products overall! They carry a lot of US made products and are always looking for the latest and best stuff. They treat their regular customers (the dogs of course!) very special every time they come in to shop! The Manager Cee is the best! She always comes out to see my boy Tucker! She treats him special and he loves her!

We live in Fresno and make it over to SLO 3-4 times a year. We always love shopping here and save up all of our purchases between trips. This is the best pet store I have been to.
