I love petsmart and we were visiting family so we decided to have our dog go with us and he could stay the night at Petsmart. This is not the first time that our dog has been to Petsmart, he goes to day camp all the time where we live. When my husband dropped him off they just took his leash and did not check to see what color his leash, hardness or collar was or if he had fleas or body injury. So when we picked him up and I was holding him in the car I notice his collar was missing. We went back in and they said they dont remember him coming in with a collar. I was not only upset because they dont remember what he had on, (would not have happend if they checked him in life the location does near my house) but the collar he was wearing was Coach and its not cheap. Instead of them looking for it they said they would have to wait until all the dogs were checked out and then they could search. We they asked to speak to the store manager and he assured us he would look into in. He did offer us to get a $5.00 collar from the store and if they found the collar they would ship it to us. So now we left Petsmart and headed back home. Along the ride we received a phone call from the Assistant Store Manager who called to let us know that she found the collar. She gets 4 stars for customer service. My husband thanked her and we received it yesterday. The only other downfall is that it was missing the Coach Tag that comes with the collar. It was there when we dropped him off!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I took my dogs there today to get their haircut. One of my dogs needed to go to the bathroom, a number 2 to be more specific, and because she had to go to the bathroom they stopped her haircut halfway through and called me to come pick her up. I told the lady my dog just has to go to the bathroom did you take her out to go, she said no I dont have the time. When I got there my other dog was also only halfway cut and I was met by a manager with his arms crossed acting like a tough guy trying to make me pay for half of a haircut. I posted pictures of both of my dogs with their half haircuts PetSmart still wanted me to pay for, check them out for yourself. Then they had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to reschedule, are you serious? And guess what my dogs did as soon as we got outside, they dropped a big deuce on the grass and they were fine. I for one will never go to PetSmart again.

We go here about twice a year to get my dogs haircut. We recently had an appointment at 8am and at 7:31am we got a call telling us that our groomer had just called in sick and our appointment would be cancelled. I asked if I could bring her by later that day and the chick said they had a slot open at 3. I was very upset because I had been on my way to the shop already and had to turn around and go home. I felt it was Very Unprofessional. They also wouldnt give back her leash that we walked in with.

This petsmart has the nicest people working there, if you want the best dog training see Sarah. She is kind soft spoken and never cruel to the dogs. She taught us how to train our baby chihuahua, she would run as soon as the front door would open. Not only did she stop that, she stopped it the first day of training! Sarah cares about her Anipals she meets, and trains you, thats how it should be! :D BOL

Leah, in grooming is a very rude person. She also has no idea how to cut a Yorkie. I asked for a Teddy Bear face cut and she cut all the hair off of my dogs head and face. She then told me me in a very rude tone, that is a Teddy Bear cut! The manager agreed with me that it was not a correct cut and refunded my money.

I love the great customer service that is always provided by the store employees. whenever there is an issue they do their best to fix it and they have a variety of pet supplies for a great low price. i however do not recommend the grooming salon, i would go elsewhere.

Bought 3 birds at this location less then a month ago! Called because 2 of them died and when I called to make sure they can help being these were a bday gift they were quick to blame me and tell me its my fault! Never again will I give them my business

Love pets Mart never know whats gonna catch your eye or interest ended up watching another costumers dog trying to play with a chinchilla in a cage for 20 min laughing our asses off the chinchilla wanted to play with the dog awesome

Clean store, but smaller then some. Employers need trained that when you open a new check stand, you dont allow customers who just walked up to be checked out first over those who have been waiting! Very frustrating...

Great discounts! Saved me alot of money buying their puppy starter package. Basically a book full of coupons, anything needed for a puppy. Always has great sales, staff is friendly and fast cashiers.

This is the closest location to my house and I like it best because its the largest one in Fresno with the largest selection of just about everything. The staff are always helpful and kind.

Its rather dark once inside even the front is kind of lit. Selection is average. Pet Hospital (banfield)is a racket if you ask me. Id rather go to the one on Clovis and Herndon

Tailored specifically for pet needs. Some times checkout lines are very long and not enough cashiers. Grooming salon is convenient and Sydney takes good care of my dogs.

They have very young employees and sometimes they are rude. The prices are high the only reason I give three stars is because they have a good variety of food for my dog.

Anyone looking to get their pet groomed and want a recommendation for a groomer. Try to get Jonathan. Hes the best and does a great job on our Shih Tzu everytime!
