Got to the store at 8:55 am and was surprised that the doors were open. I only needed kitty litter so I got it and went to the register, Had to yell twice to get Debras attention and Debra very rudely informed me that she was not at the register because the store was not open yet and she had other duties to do than to help me and just stood looking at me. Now at this point it was about two minutes to nine, so I asked her "so could you ring me up and if your not open why are the doors open?" Now if the store is not open, why open the doors???!!! Also the managers were in their office also ignoring me, So the VERY rude Debra rings me up and I put out my hand to take my change and instead of putting my change in my hand she drops it in front of me on the conveyer belt. Wow. I used to use this store exclusively. I used to work retail and one thing you never. Ever do is leave a customer standing outside if it is only a couple of minutes to open or if you have opened tell a customer to bad you cant buy a product because your not open, especially if the customer Id friggin standing AT THE REGISTER! I will never go there ever again, besides the parking lot is a nightmare to get out of!!!

The small Animal clerk misinformed me before making my trip to Reno saying that they had a stock of robo and Russian dwarf hamsters and didnt mention that meant 2 of each. She then told us not to get the robos but getting the teddy bear hamster instead. We had it only a couple days when it got wet tail. We found out that they have a high risk of developing wet tail and robos dont. I only hope we can be reimbursed so we can get what we wanted in the first place. My son is very heart broken by this. However the other lady was willing to help me and we got a guinea pig instead. The associate Brittany was very helpful and lead us to everything we needed I give her five stars for outstanding service going above and beyond. Thanks. I give four stars overall since we had to return the hamster. We got her back to Petsmart in time to save her thank God.

A friendly place to find your pets needs. They have everything you want. I have been coming here for my dogs and my turtles food and accessories. They have a big selection so you can find what is right for you. I recommend researching your pets food before coming so you know what to look for. If you have not done any research, the friendly staff can help you pick the right food for your pet. They also have grooming inside the store that is in the back. If you are looking to adopt a new friend, they have adoptions many weekends. Prices vary but they usually have good sales and discounts. The quality of the food is better than what most stores offer. Come here if you are looking for good selections or if want a new friend.

I dropped my dog off at 230 for grooming. I had "one of those days." To help top it off my cell phone died and I didnt get the call telling me my dog was ready for pick-up. I forgot all about getting my dog due to the day I was having until 9pm when my daughter was ready for bed. Two staff members were still there trying to get a hold of me and waited until I picked him up. They were super friendly and understanding. I cannot thank them enough. My dog has always left looking and smelling great from their grooming department. Now I know why - the staff cares about the animals they tend to. I would recommend this store to anyone searching for a caring and detail oriented staff for their grooming needs.

My dog died after I enrolled him in 6 training classes and so I called to get a refund because he only went to 2 classes. Well, I call and Jeff tells me there are no managers at the store. I think "impossible" there always has to be a manager to deal with refunds. So I go down to the petsmart and am greeted by no one. Finally I find someone and they take me to a MANAGER who wasnt even "supposed" to be there and guess who it is? JEFF!!!! When I complained about an employee telling me on the phone that there were no managers when obviously he was there, he ignored me. He was also a complete dick the whole time he was helping me. I am definitely going to corporate with this.

I spent WAY too much time creating an online account so I could book grooming for my two dogs (after many attempts and the wbsite telling me that there were errors and they couldnt complete my request) and then, once I WAS logged in, the website timed me out after TWO minutes of inactivity. Totally lame. I will not use this service again. Way overpriced in my opinion, anyway.

Always have great service with helpful employees. The best example of their exemplary service is when our dogs were having stomach issues. We wanted to try numerous different foods but that can be expensive. PetSmart allowed us to return opened bags without an issue even though we had fed the dogs multiple meals from each. I will definitely continue to shop here.

The store is looking a bit rough these days, and they were badly understaffed. Additionally many items were significantly less expensive *on their own website*. If youre lucky you can also get a discount for ordering online for in-store pickup. But watch out; their website doesnt accept any accented letters or special characters, but it wont tell you that.

I have my dog groomed by Lisa and she always looks great!!! The cut is always exactly what I ask for and Lisa always does a great job. My dog is always happy to see Lisa and that makes me happy because I know she is well taken care of when she is getting groomed. My dog is always ready at the time promised. Great experience!!

First time we took our dog in since the adoption. She was a bit nervous but the girls there took excellent care if her. She had the whole spa treatment, even ended up buying her a cute outfit. Im so thankful to the staff at Petsmart for the wonderful way our dog was groomed and how relaxed she came out of there.

Wendy from the grooming section is so great! I had some issues scheduling an appointment in a CA petsmart and she took time out of her day to call the store I was having issues with and get it straightened out for me. Very appreciative to her. Always had great experiences at this store.

Depending on what you are looking for they can have a big selection. I wish that coupons would go to my perks account and that I didnt have to remember to show my emailed or printed out coupons. But thats more so a national chain review.

Had my dog groomed there today. What a joke. There cut is not even close to being even. And they charged us 65.00 bucks for a groom nail cut and bath. Never will I go there again
