First of all I have no connections with Hot rod harley in any way shape or form.With that being said, Ive been shopping for a bike for around ten thousand dollars. I called several dealerships in michigan, detroit,grand rapids, only to find out there were HIDDEN FEES, In fact one company bumped me up 2000 dollars from there so called sale price, I almost gave up when I stumbled upon this ad for a bike rally in muskegon michigan. and thats where I seen HOT ROD HARLEY, Reluctantly I called, and talked to a gentleman named Johnny from iowa, This guy was so helpful and sincere. A very honest human being period.I found a bike I was interested in, and not only did he not bump me up on the price. there were NO HIDDEN FEES. I couldnt believe it. We talked prices.And we HAD A DEAL. If youre looking for a motorcycle, you really owe it to yourself to call this place. and ask for Johnny from iowa. He treated my wife and myself very well.

I absolutely love the service at Hot Rod Harley Davidson! This past Saturday - May 28, 2016 - I called the dealership and talked with Heather in the Motorclothes department on a new, limited edition Willie G jacket. She informed me they were taking 20% off on all leather that day only, but when I explained that I lived 45 minutes away and couldnt make it in until Tuesday, she and her manager agreed to honor the 20% off price, which saved me over $100! She checked to ensure they had the size I requested in stock and held it for me until today when I was able to pick it up. When I arrived she had the jacket ready for me and the entire transaction took only a few minutes. Great job Heather, and great job Hot Rod Harley Davidson...keep up the good work!!!

I had a great experience in the motorcycle class with Mike, Steve and Paula. Ill recommend them to anyone and everyone. And I loved how the 500 street handled for the exercises, especially the U-Turn. Dont change a thing and please make sure Mike comes up from Tennessee to teach in muskegon next summer because the class needs him. Hes one of a kind. His analogies are perfect and hes so funny and respectful. And he and Mike work really good together. After I get a good year or so experience on a cheaper bike like a Honda Shadow, Ill be in to buy a 1200 sportster. Thank you so much for the opportunity to take your class.

As long as I am in Michigan, I would not have anyone else service my scooter. The Parts counter is very knowledgeable, and if they do not know the answers to my questions, they search it out, and are very helpful. Love Hot Rod Harley Davidson. I just stopped in last week to pickup all of my spring maintenance supplies, along with various parts and gaskets I needed to complete some winter bike projects. We have been seriously considering trading up to a newer bike (have a 12 ultra glide ) but we wont be doing it at hot rods. Sales people never even acknowledged we were there. They were too busy talking to each other about how hard they worked with bike time in town. Guess they already made enough money for the weekend. Wont be back.

I dropped off my Super Glide at Hot Rod on Saturday afternoon to have them move the foot controls. Monday afternoon my bike was done! Not only did Hot Rod get the work done fast, they helped me with the price of unexpected parts needed and they did an excellent job. The staff was great to work with as well. Watch out for their service department, if you dont mind getting your paint chipped, and having parts replaced unnecessarily, and getting your bike back in worse condition then it arrived then by all means take it there, otherwise stay far far away from here. I wouldnt buy a toothpick from these guys after my experience.
