I had my suspension tuned and head bearings tightened here. Anthony and Ali worked with me to dial in my suspension to my weight, and it was a huge difference...completely worth it. Great rates and great people to deal with, I would return here again in the future! Edited: a week after the work was performed, my head bearings came loose again...this time it was way worse than before i took it to them. I called, they told me to come in and they would check it again. So i went there, and they said i needed new head bearings, which would cost around 450 parts and labor...compared to the 40 (for half hour labor) i spent to get it tightened. At this point, i knew i was being taken for a ride...i know the difference between bad bearings and loose bearings. So i took it to crossroad cycles, who charged me an hour of labor (120) to tighten it the right way (with the front end off the ground and actually loosening everything before tightening). a year later, my head bearings are still nice and tight with no play in the front end. I will also tell my cousins experience with this shop. He took his bike in for new tires (wheels still on the bike). After they were done installing tires, Ali advised my cousin that his chain was loose and tried to sell him on a chain adjustment. I know the chain was to proper specs before the tire install because i adjusted it myself and uuhhhmmm...arent you supposed to adjust the chain to proper specs after reinstalling the rear wheel after a tire change anyway??? Why should it cost extra for something to be put back together the correct way? Be weary of this place, if you dont know much about bikes they will take advantage of you!!

I needed new tires and they had the best rate I found to put them on. They also had no problem letting me order the tires and have them shipped to the shop. I had been thinking about also replacing my chain and thought it might be cheaper to do it while doing the tires so I called and asked and it was cheaper. Ali also reminded me that I should replace the sprockets if I was replacing the chain (which I knew but it slipped my mind). He then spent over an hour explaining what size sprockets he recommended and how they would change the bike. He went into great detail and was very patient with all my questions and I had a lot as I am new to all this. I decided to go ahead and do the chain and sprockets and they were fine with waiting until I could get them delivered. Once they were I set up an appointment for a few days later. On the day of the appointment I was running late and called to see if I could reschedule for later in the day. They said that was fine. I then ran into some problems and wasnt going to make the rescheduled time and so I called again and they were still willing to work with me on coming in later! I ended up getting there a little bit after the 2nd rescheduled time (was just having one of those days) and they still got me in and out the same day! After the bike was done and I got on it it felt like a new bike! The sprocket change Ali recommended made such a great difference! I will definitely be going back to them!

My 2002 ZRX1200 has done almost everything....there are probably close to 80K miles on the frame over the past 14 years. Its done the following: The IronButt CC50 Trackdays at Roebling Rd, Lil Tally, Road Atlanta, and Barber Speeding tickets in six states Drag racing both organized and on the street More days going road dancing in the mountains than I can count Its been ridden from Atlanta to Bike Week a half a dozen times And flogged the tail of the dragon at least 10 times Beyond its history there is also not a single stock major component left on the bike. Its had four major builds. Each time going further than the last. The motor kicks out 65% more power than stock, the frame, brakes, seat, carbs, and ignition are all custom. The suspension is customized and alot of shops dont know how to work on it. I rolled it into Gemini looking tired after it had been ridden hard and put up wet too many times. Anthony and his crew resurected the bike back to its old self. The bike now looks great and rides like new again. Anthony took the bike apart and re-assembled it correcting all the little issues that 14 years of hard riding and and a ton of adventures had caused. Many thanks to the Gemini team for bringing my bad ass ride back from the brink and making it ready for another 15 years of good times.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIRS. Called previously and they were very professional, they answered all the questions I may have had, willing to search for answers of parts prices anything I needed the bottom line is they took the time to help me. They gave me all the information I needed and more. Willing and ready to answer any questions. These guys are very honest in regards to parts and prices. They look around and compare with competitors in stores and online to make sure that youre not spending more than you have to. They treat my bike as if it was one of their own. My bike is running way way better than ever before. I will definitely come back and use them for any of my motorcycle needs and also highly recommend them to all my friends. Anthony and Ali not only know a lot about motorcycles and repairs but also about customer service which makes real big difference. Thank you guys.

Great guys that work here and great repair consultation. Walked us through step by step. Explaining what was urgent and what necessary but can be dont later down the road. Very down to earth and always got some good stories. Doesnt take advantage of you and very fair pricing. I highly recommend these guys. Unlike another shop...like a Triumph/BMW store around dulles area that was trying taking my childs college savings from me, just want to overcharge you until you file bankruptcy or take out another loan for a repair. They just serviced my friends cbr600F4i and now Im taking my triumph daytona 675r there next week and from here on out for future repairs. Once again, all I can say that I highly recommend these guys. Thank you guys for hard and honest work

As a first time bike owner I didnt know where to go in Northern VA. I was referred to Gemini. I have been absolutely thrilled with the experience. Its never fun or easy to get bike/morotcycle repairs, but Ali and Anthony do their best to not make it painful. They have given me rides, even picked up my bike and worked with me on repair costs. They have also been consultants, I have been able to call them to ask dumb questions yet they treat you professionally and with respect every time. I highly recommend this shop for any repair, all other customers I interact with at the shop have nothing but good things to say. More importantly these guys know their stuff, they truly are experts minus the BS from typical repair shops.
