My Experience at Leader RPM was Excellent. My sales representative Jack Shepperly was excellent to work with and very knowledge about price and the products I was inquiring about. The nice thing working with Jack was he was not pushy and if he did not know about something I asked him about, he would go and get the answer from someone, and as a customer I appreciate that very much. Jack also delivered the product on the day he promised, he also made sure the Jet Skis were all cleaned and their were no issues when I came to pick them up, he knew I was a picky customer, I drove two and half hours to the dealer and did not want issues when I got their. The other Gentleman that was Excellent and very knowledgeable and helpful was Michael in service who went over the features and equipment of the machines with myself and my son at the time of delivery. The other Gentleman that was Excellent and very knowledgeable and helpful was Matt who went over all the paperwork of the sale and explained the warranties . Jack I would also like to Thank You for taking time talking to my son Andrew as much as you did to help me make the wright choices of Jet Ski,s. The machines, Sea-Doo GTR 215,s have been Great, as of this post we have 7 hours on them and they are running smooth. I want to thank all of you at Leaders RPM for the Great Experience.

First off this place will always be known to me as Leaders Marine. Ive been buying products from Leaders for 20 years. Everything from 96 Ski Doo Formula III to my most recent purchase of 2016 Polaris 1000 Turbo RZR and multiple other new & used machines in between. The staff has always been very helpful and professional. I will say they are always the most competitive on price that I have experienced. This is not my main reason for buying here. Everyone from the sales staff (Mike, Matt, & TJ from the past), parts counter, and Lance & Jerry in the service department are very helpful. I had one issue with my most recent purchase and took it back the next day. Lance who I normally deal with was not there that morning so I talked to Jerry. Jerry & his service tech jumped right on it and took care of the problem so I was able to use the machine for the weekend. I would highly recommend going to Leaders (Marine) for your next purchase. The only thing I would wish for would be a bigger selection of off-road / ATV riding gear and trail stickers. The 10% discount for parts (new vehicle purchase perk) is great but not as nice as the 15% that use to be years ago. - Mark

I looked around locally for a Sea Doo GTI SE 130 and could either not find a good deal or one in stock. Found some positive reviews of Leaders RPM online and decided to give them a shot. Mike Campbell was a real pleasure to work with. Absolutely no pressure to buy and a straight shooter. Since I live 5 hours away, we did the deal via email and he even took pictures of the unit and trailer and sent them to me upon request and was always very quick to reply. Aaron in parts was fantastic and had all my gear ready to go once I arrived. The Leaders team took care of me and got me back on the road in less than 2 hours and this included a thorough walk through by one of their associates who was super knowledgeable, picking up my gear and signing the papers. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying a watercraft and not having to deal with pushy salesman and high prices. They have great people, great prices and it was a pleasure working with them. I only wish they were closer to me so I could take my vehicle there for maintenance and additional parts in the future. My salesman was Ron Norris. He was honest, fair and friendly. I purchased two 2017 Polaris 800 Pro S ES Switchbacks from him and less than a month later I bought a 2017 Canam Maverick X3 X DS. The best part about the whole experience was Keith Kellerman. He went over in great detail everything about each machine, explained the maintenance and where everything was located and how to break them in. When I left the facility I knew everything that I needed to know and was very glad he was there when I came back for my next purchase to show me everything on it also. Keith also loaded up everything I bought and took the time to strap it down and show how and where to place the straps. The only disappointing part was when I asked Mike Campbell what Keiths last name was he stated that he didnt know and stated that Keith hasnt worked there very long. I said well thats odd as he is very knowledgeable and knows his way around very well and made my wife and I very comfortable about our purchases. Come to find out Keith has worked there 2-1/2 years. I really hope upper management knows Keith better than Mike did as he is a great assit ;)

To my surprise, I received a follow up call from service manager/part owner about my below post. As a result I added two stars. He heard me out, did some investigating and called me back. He made good on my complaints and then some. I really do appreciate the follow up! Not sure if Ill return as the front line can make or break a company but I very much appreciate whats been done. I wouldnt recommend the service department if it were the last one in Michigan. ZERO customer service (Ive been a few times, silly me for giving them the benefit of the doubt). Picked my boat up twice and both times it was so oil and grease covered with boot and hand prints it took an hour each to clean. Charged $95 to literally pick up my battery and drop it in the battery box while it was already there for other service. Not to mention it took over three weeks for them to even look at it. Which I would have been ok with had I known up front instead of him just saying " well, we wont get to it this week". I QUIT, too many other places.

I called inquiring about a crank up trailer for my pontoon. I was on my way to Kalamazoo, and was going right by Leaders. On the phone I was quoted $2,399 for the trailer. When I stopped to see it, I was taken to their back lot where 2 "very used" trailers were sitting. I said, "these are pretty beat up" to which he replied "we can replace the damaged parts". So I said " I dont want to pay full price for a clearly used trailer, can you go down on the price?" He said (and I couldnt believe it) " we use these a lot, so I doubt it". I then asked if I could just order a new one because paying full price for a beat up trailer was silly. We then went back to the sales floor, he went to talk to someone for a few minutes and then came back informing me that the trailer would take 4 to 6 weeks to get , AND! The price would be $300 more. (Remember, Ive already been quoted a price). Very unprofessional, and lost future sales.
