I have recently purchased a 2015 Road Glide from this dealership. let me tell you about it they are now under new management Josh is taking over the dealership from his father. prior to this I had bought over the years over 10 different harleys most being new each time I ended up purchasing at other dealers because of the deal being so much better well that has changed Josh is there to sell harleys he knows that each person the comes in is a possible customer that. being said when I decided that I was going trade my 2012 Ultra in I contacted several other dealerships Ive made friends at over the years and knew I could trust. I had gotten what I felt was a very good deal and had made plans to purchase the bike but at the last moment I thought maybe I should give my local dealer a chance I contacted Bryan and Lenny to my surprise they sold me my bike Josh has assemble one of the best teams and is there to do biz they tuned the bike on the dyno after putting on the exhaust and hi flow air cleaner making sure it ran perfectly also threw out my purchase I felt as tho i had became part of the family Brent being one of the salesmen was very helpful and went out of his way to thank me for my purchase which I purchased from Bryan. Then of coarse there is Brittney she is in the motor cloths dept here again what a in creditable person very helpful and just a person you enjoy being around well the trip wasnt complete without stopping at the parts counter anyone that knows me knows i dont mind making my bike my own thats where James, Mark, and Forest come in they helped me find what i was looking for and where also fun to work with making me feel at home there so I of coarse spent some dollars there. The guys in service Todd, Micheal, JoJo, and the entire dept again did a great job. Im so happy being able to have this type of a dealership right here to be able work with I would highly recommend no matter what you may need stop in to Harley Davidson of Montgomery you wont be disappointed. They have earned my biz and that wasnt easy.

My husband and I took the Harley Davidson Riding Academy beginners course. The course lasted 2 & a half days. An evening class portion from 6-9pm, then in class from 8-10am followed by a written exam, then we headed out to the practical riding portion for the rest of the day and following day. Brent and Bruce were our instructors and they were supper knowledgeable about motorcycles and how to teach people the basics. The riding course is located on the DOT property down the road and Harley is in the process of getting their own course right out back of their shop. The motorcycles used for the class are not the standard 250cc bikes like most classes, instead they have 500cc Harleys for you to learn on with some safety bars. The class is challenging, but it really prepares you with all the basics in everyday riding and emergency situations. If youre considering a Harley, ask for Brent and hell help you out.

I was traveling from out of state, coming back home, and broke down at a gas station a few miles from Harley- Davidson of Montgomery. I contacted HOG, and they sent a wrecker to pick me up (it was after the dealer had closed) and take myself and bike to a motel. The next mourning I called service, and the service manager (Todd), sent a truck and trailer to pick me up. When we got my bike to the dealership, he said he would bump me in, to get his tech a chance to look at it ASAP. Courtesy driver carried me back to the motel, so I could check out before being charged another day. Brought me back to dealer, and I waited in the lounge (nice), while they fixed my bike. It was only the battery (they did ck. charging system), and got me back on the road quick! Great service! Thanks to all the guys in service, at H-D Montgomery Al.

They dealership was awesome in taking care of me and my wife after we had a back tire blow out on I-65 about 70 miles away from them. Mark (Service Manger) contact a friend of his that was close to us and Ronald hauls us and the Bike to the dealer to have our bike repaired. They were all awesome in helping us to get back on the road. Mark even gave us a great discount on the new tire and parts that were needed to be on our way. I can truly say this has been one of the Best Harley Dealership I have every had to deal with in my riding years. Thank You to all at Montgomery Harley !!!!

Horrible service and no knowledge. I call at 11am thats about 6.5 hrs ago. I asked for the parts dept thinking the would handle helmets. I tell the parts guy that I am looking for a Shoei open face helmet. I wait on hold, he then gets my number and says the clothing dept girl would need to call. She just did and she who handles helmets didnt know what a Shoei helmet was. S--T SHOW , disappointed in parts guy who knew absolutely nothing about helmets but ultimately this is the Managers and Owners of this dealership that are obviously not in touch with sales or new clients.

I am sorry we stopped in on a Sunday! Asked service person if he could possibly check air in tires. He was doing nothing, as much of the staff was not busy. He handed me the air gauge! I went outside, scratched my head And said, hell no! We have been to many dealerships in the 4600 miles we have traveled since June 7th from West Texas, and this was the very first one we ran into a jerk! Looks like from reading so many reviews that this is a good old boy club!

I cant say enough good things about all the great people here. Please stop in and see for yourself. The showroom and the attitude of everyone here will blow you away. The friendliest business in Montgomery. They have treated me and my sons like we were family. Too much to write in a review. It doesnt matter whether you drive or not, you have to experience the "new" Harley Davidson.

The sales staff were extremely courteous and outgoing. The showroom is phenomenal. The personnel in parts are very knowledgeable and quite helpful. The service department goes above and beyond the call of duty. The sales help in clothing are simply the best. I will go back even just for the experience. Great Place!!
