I purchased a new bike 2/24/17. It was a 2015 model with .6 miles on the odometer. I did a lot of homework and research and decided to go with a BMW. I talked to some other dealers about the same year and model and was told the reason the price was so low was the warranty had started 12/30/2016. When purchasing the bike, I was assured by salesman Jeff the warranty would not start until the bike was purchased. That was the first LIE! I rode the bike home and waited for my title and plate to arrive. Ive purchased a few bikes before and knew it would be a couple of weeks. Well, after 4 weeks I was wondering what happened. I called the dealership and Kaitlin told me "the Secretary of State was holding things up" LIE number two! After six weeks, I called again to see where my plate and title were and that is when Kaitlin came clean and informed me they never had a critical critical piece of paperwork (Country of Origin, MSO) to give to the Secretary of State. I began to worry and was a little upset about being LIED to! I called the BMW customer relations line, where , during our discussion, was informed the warranty had started 12/30/16, two months BEFORE I purchased the bike. I called the dealership and explained to Audrey I needed to speak with John, the owner. I was asked to hold, then disconnected. When I called back they were very reluctant to let me speak with the owner. And I had to leave a message. When John finally back, he tried to smooth things over but could not give and definitive answers or offer any recourse but to wait and not worry. I stopped to the dealership in the beginning of April . Jeff said they extend warranties by 6 months as a courtesy, but he must have forgotten to do that for me. He proceeded to reprint the customer order with the 42 month, 36000 mile warranty. Problem is , it is only recognized by this one dealership, so it is basically worthless. I verified this with other dealers. Every two weeks I need to get a new temporary sticker for the bike. After complaining about having to ride around on expired temp plates, I was told they would "put me in their calendar to make sure the next plate arrives before the current one expires". Well, I had one expiring April 27th so I called just to make sure one was mailed. I was assured by Audrey it was. Well, the next temp sticker didnt show up until Saturday the 29th! Poor customer support. Im beginning to wonder how bad Im being hoodwinked here and if I will EVER be able to get a clear title for the BRAND NEW MOTORCYCLE I purchased! Ive tried to be very patient, but the people here just dont seem to care or have any solutions to the problem THEY created! Im sure they knew they had lost the paper work necessary to title this bike at the time I purchased it, they just failed to inform me. The owner John is always saying "you get what you pay for" . Well in this case I didnt! If they would have been upfront from the beginning I wouldnt have minded at all. Its just that they knew about their error and they are vilifying me for having complained! tThey have done NOTHING to make up for this. Not even a simple apology.

GM is Ok. Sales people are OK. Service is OK. Location better than old place. Parts personnel are most good but today I was disrespected by not following the basic ethics of customer service. This is not their usual treatment -I had been treated fairly several times- but should never be the case. If there is one parts clerk and three customers waiting to be attended then (here, there and, everywhere I care to do repeat business with) first come first serve is the #1 rule of successful integrity to your customers. Not today. And that is why you get two (2) STAR. If you need to understand better why, ask your parts clerk today why resolving my needs 8 minutes before clossing took about 14 minutes before I walked away from her desk. At that point she had focussed her attention to customer 2 & 3 w/o asking customer 1 if that was acceptable. That is why a customer (1) is so dissatisfied today.

Great place for motorcyclists. The people at BMWMSEM are more like riding buddies than a dealership. Always helpful and I have known these folks since they have been open. Consistently nice and knowledgeable. Service staff is down to earth and will explain anything you dont understand. Only downside is that Audrey is faster around a track than any of us want to admit. PS they are moving to a new/better place! Cant wait to visit them there.

I called to see if I could get a valve stem replaced on a tire that is already off the bike. They said no because it is not a BMW tire. Its a Honda goldwing tire. I offered to pay whatever they wanted because of their location to my work. But they still refused. I had the tire and new valve stem in hand. They are jerks. I guess I am not worthy enough to go there because I didnt have a BMW tire.

The customer service here is second to none. I was torn between two similar bikes and the way I was treated at BMWMCSEM was the deciding factor. Nearly a year later, I know I chose the right bike and the right dealer. I was referred by a friend and his assessment was spot on. My review is capped at five stars by Google. Id give more if I could.

These guys have made a life long customer out of me. Outstanding service, great sales people (thanks Audrey and John for that wonderful 2014 GSA) and just a great place! Cant say enough good things about the place and how well Ive been treated. John even opened the store for me when I was late in picking up a part!

I guess they think their precious BMWs are above everything else (joke). I asked them to change a front tire- if I brought them the wheel for a Kawasaki and just mount and balance a tire and they said We wouldnt even work on it. They only work on BMWs. Guess they dont like money. Seems very short sighted.

Came here looking for a bike a friend recommended. John couldve made a sale on a very pricey bike i wasnt crazy for, but instead steered me to a bike i fell in love with. Mike has always been very responsive to any service questions I had. Definitely folks worth doing business with.
