Cheryl should be fired. She obviously is not familiar with approved WIC produce. I have been buying bagged spinach for years with WIC.Today she told me it wasnt a WIC approved item. When I told her otherwise she was very rude. Should have demanded to see a manager but I am very considerate and didnt want to make the people behind me wait longer. Then she noticed the pie crusts I was buying were broken. Asked me if I wanted a new one, like what was I suppose to do? Leave and run to the back of the store? She didnt offer for someone to get a new item like cashiers have done in the past. Not sure if Ill be returning to this WinCo despite it being the closest to my house. Horrible woman who should not be working with the public!

What is not to love about these folks and this store? Super section, the freshest of stuff (they turn products like a flap-jack convention) and the best pricing in any market Ive encountered. And WinCo has just the right amount of services I would expect for a food store. The employees I encounter are uniformly pleasant and informed and it is clear that they remember "the regulars." WinCo is very "small town friendly" in that way. Lastly, the amount of money Ive saved because of the super-extensive bulk food offerings is a lot. As in A LOT. Maybe its just me (its not) but WinCo checks every box. I thank you. My budget thanks you and keep doing what you do!

I will NEVER shop at this WINCO again!! I went in to buy a bottle of wine, had ID, and was told I could not buy the wine. When I asked why, the cashier simply said, "Because I cant." I am 28 and have never been treated so rudely nor been more embarassed. How dare they treat me like I am some sort of criminal. After waiting in their ridiculously long lines, due to never having enough cashiers available, this was especially unacceptable. I purchase $70 worth of groceries at this store WEEKLY, but no more. Absolutely infuriating!!

The prices are great as usual, however, the service at this location is dispicable. When I move here from L.A. the first grocery store I went to was Winco in Eagle. The staff there is very courteous and helpful when called upon. When I moved to Meridian I expected the same level of service that I had become acustomed to. I was terribly disappointed. Although the drive time is double, I will continue to shop at Winco, Eagle.

I love shopping at Winco! I find their prices beat all of the other grocery stores for everyday prices including Walmart. They always have what I need. They have a good selection of produce. I love their bulk bins, especially for herbs and spices. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. Winco is my first choice when it comes to grocery shopping.

Place is always clean from the restroom, to the hallways of food products. Fruits and vegetables department always fresh with lots to choose from, as well as deli department too. And those bulky barrows of grain and candies and pets feed to satisfy your shopping experience, its all worth the drive to shop at a ten

Winco has a huge selection of products. Its got a bit of a Costco/Sams Club feel with tall stacks of food all over the place. They have a large selection of bins with bulk everything ... from Swedish fish to Jalapeno Sunflower Seeds. The prices are lower than Fred Meyers and Albertsons.

I really like Winco Food stores but what they really need to have is a couple of Express Checkouts. I dont know how many times Ive been into the store and seen people with 2 or 3 items to purchase and they are stuck behind those with shopping carts full of groceries.

Winco always has great prices on groceries. The one disadvantage is that you can not pay with a credit card. Thats how they help keep prices low, but is a bit of an inconvenience. The aisles are long, and always stocked up. They do most of their stocking at nights.

I had a pleasant time shopping at WinCo this afternoon. It was fairly easy to find everything I needed to buy. The staff was pleasant and very helpful when I needed assistance. Overall I saved a lot of money shopping there.

Winco foods is a place I dont shop simply because there are always way too many people, long lines, wont take credit cards, and their prices are not enough better to justify the negative experience of shopping there.

Cheap, no frills grocery shopping. They need wider aisles. Two people with carts side-by-side are all that can fit. Or one obese person. Saturday afternoon at the first of the month is a bad time to go.

WinCo is a great grocery store. The trade-off for inexpensive produce is that you need to watch what you choose. They have a great bulk food section with strong rotation, so things are fresh.
