The store is clean, quiet, and has a lot of selection, especially in the fresh produce. However, both my husband and I were raised in customer service oriented business-owning families, and we are extremely loyal to companies today that have the same high standards of customer service our parents had and taught. We do not ask for any special treatment, but common courtesy is a must. Today, Mothers Day, youngest child and my husband took me to Rosauers for the donuts. We ended up doing some regular shopping while there. When we were done, our checker, Ashlee and her bag girl, Victoria, barely acknowledged we were there. They worked fast, but talked about their personal lives even faster. I had purchased a large multi-pack of chips for my daughters school lunches. The bagger tossed it aside with a distinctive crunch that I could hear from the back of the conveyor belt. She ignored my look and continued discussing some young man she was happy to see. As I was sliding my debit card ($104 later) she knocked the bag of chips off the counter and onto the floor, with another crunching sound. She picked them up and tossed them into the cart without interrupting her conversation with the checker. We began to walk away with our cart when the checker said that one of them could take it out for us. I declined, as I didnt think our groceries deserved any more abuse, and I certainly wouldnt want to interrupt the conversation.

This place is clean, Its being kept up like a brand new place, Its prices are ridiculously high however, the prices remind me of a resort town store, It is incredible what they mark things up to in this store. If you have money to throw away and can convince yourself that you got a great deal then shop here. I personally was not impressed with meat and fish here, I did give them the benefit of the doubt thinking that I would be getting better cuts and better fish if I paid more ( rosuaers prices ) But all I got was a pretty display of the exact same thing that I could have got somewhere else for literally dollars less per pound. Its not better at all, it just looks pretty in the store, I literally felt embarrassed at the dinner table. There is NO store that is worth my feeling that way about the food I prepare for my family in my own home. Im sad that this can happen in my own city.

Nice store. But this is quite possibly the most expensive grocery store I have ever been in. A box of cereal was almost $5. I just think if you are bringing in a new grocery store, you have to offer something that we do not already have. Yes, their natural section is probably the best in Meridian; but, again, expensive. Another thing I was shocked by was the number of box people up front. And they nearly insisted on helping carry out our groceries, which I declined because I fee it is unnecessary. That is pretty old school grocery. Not something that people probably want to pay for in this economy. Times are changing. What my family needs is a clean store with foods and products that are safe for my family, and at a good price. Still waiting for that. Winco comes close, but their selection is limited. Just my thoughts.

They have a huge selection of beer. and an awesome selection of everything else. there are no machines to check yourself out. big plus in my book. there were 3 cashiers waiting for me when I was ready to leave. all in all a fantastic store. Second visit I will never shop for groceries anywhere else. they carry everything I care to consume. I went to Albertsons earlier to look for some real Juice all I found was flavored grape juice. albertsons carries nothing at that doesnt contain added sugar natural flavors or high fructose corn syrup. if natural flavors werent such a vague term I might consider drinking them.. as I stated I will never shop anywhere else for groceries.

An incredible store with an obvious dedication to quality products and customer service. Probably the biggest deli I have ever seen with a full pizza oven and organic juice bar. The meat department has an incredible selection of just about everything you could ever want. The Huckleberrys section is outstanding with a wide variety of natural and organic items, well worth the price. The whole store is a great addition to Meridian and I will definitely be doing all of my shopping here from here on out. I even saw the presidents of the company helping bag groceries!

Probably one of the best bulk food sections in Boise, especially for herbs. Many "cant get anywhere else" organic and gluten free foods. Even their regular bakery has gluten free goodies. However, regular store is expensive, sometimes more than Albertsons! K, have to downgrade my review a bit. They have usually only one or two checkouts open at any given time, even when its very busy. Consider this if you have to be anywhere right after shopping, cause youll probably be late. Also, they have failed to give me a bag at least twice, that Ive had to go back for.

Roasaurs in my opinion is the best grocery store in Boise. It has a great health food/product section (Huckleberries) and a pretty good meat counter. Its less expensive than Fred Meyer, has better healthy selections than Albertsons, has way better food options than WinCo with far less people in the aisles. Its more expensive than WinCo but more affordable than Whole Foods or the Co-Op. Trader Joes may be more affordable, but they have less selection.

This is concerning their bakery. I had them do the guest cake for my wedding. Red Velvet with fudge filling and cream cheese frosting. It was to die for. The ladies that helped me were awesome and designed it just how I had asked. Thank you so much Rosauers! It was absolutely delicious! In my opinion it was just as good as the expensive cake I ordered from a local bakery for my personal wedding cake.

I love the atmosphere of this store and I have always received cheerful customer service, especially in the meat department. The pizzas are great and reasonably priced; its nice to bring a hot pizza home with the shopping. Some of the prices can get pretty high so I steer clear of most items that arent on sale. That said, the produce quality is excellent and the wine selection is great.

Nice organic specialty spice selection, in bulk. Clean store, the butchers will grind the pork I buy for potstickers, nice cheeses and wines, but what really got me into the store was that I had to fill a script one day, was sick, and they have a drive thru, and the pharmacists there are so kind, knowledgeable and helpful, that Ive been doing my shopping there also, ever since.

I like having a different retailer around. I get sick of the dominate ones because they sell all the same stuff. These guys sell quality stuff, items I cant get else where. Clean, pleasant store thats well laid out. Really great accessibility for people with disabilities. Well trained, great staff. My only complaint is that they are located so far away from where I live.
