Awesome customer service! Megan at the Starbucks inside the store was a sweetheart! She was friendly, attentive and kept a smile on her face the entire time. She made mine and my moms coffee drinks exactly the way we asked for them(I had annoyingly asked for two and a HALF pumps of vanilla.) She jokingly said she could do 2 3/4 if I wanted! Thank you Megan!!!!!

I stopped by on my way home from work to pick up some snacks. My experience there was fine until it was time to check out. The cashier was very pushy, she was rude, and she didnt listen. I was in a great mood when I entered the store, and in a sour mood when I left. Next time, I will go to the CVS next door instead.

Good Ralphs store, although since the Ralphs in the cove closed, this one is way overcrowded at times. Oh, and if Coachellafest or stagecoach is going on, forget about it, the place turns into grand central station. Otherwise, its a good choice, just be prepared for longer checkout times here.

This used to be a great store to shop. Now I shop here occasionally. Service levels dropped dramatically when they closed the other 2 area stores and revamped the inventory. I used to know where things were, now I spend most of my time looking for things.

Too crowded, hectic atmosphere. Parking lot dangerous. Overpriced merchandise. Area desperately needs another market. The staff tries to make the best of things but it is stretched thin

Easy shopping at the Ralphs close to PGA West. Its a huge, recently renovated store with a deli, sushi, salad and olive bar!
