3 months ago I gave a pretty bad review of this place (see below) - but I decided to give them another try (June 2015) and it was MUCH BETTER!!! Chrystal was fabulous and she worked very hard to find us what we were looking for. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 rating is because they we couldnt see or sit on the sofa to see if we liked it for comfort because they did not have one in stock. So we had to just buy it and take it home - which it is NOT something I like. But my husband likes it, so we kept it. But as for the customer service - MUCH MUCH BETTER!!!!! I would recommend anyone to go there, but try to see and sit on your furniture before you buy it to see if its really want you want. (previous review 3 months ago) Poor Customer Service! Sure they were great when you first walk in the door, yes they helped you and showed you their merchandise - but once you left the store or ordered something from them - ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW UP OR CONTACT!!! I even called Chrystal and told her specifically after she had failed to notify us about a delay in the arrival of our furniture - I told her...."After we purchase this bedroom furniture, we will then need living room furniture. The most important thing to me is CUSTOMER SERVICE, so will you be able to provide good customer service to me in the future?" Of course she said yes (what else would she say). And then one week later - she did THE SAME THING - no follow up - no follow through!! They never called us to tell us that our furniture is not arriving on time AGAIN!!! If we had not called them the day before we were scheduled to pick up - we would have never known!! Please define customer service for me!!

I am new on the area and needed furniture so I went to Empire Furniture and was impressed on how professional and polite I was treated from the start. So many items to choose from in their show room and still, I was treated with patience by the sales staff. The delivery was immediate and very smooth, nothing was damaged or scratched. In fact, the delivery team took all the packing materials that protects the furniture and helped me organize it once delivered. I love all my new furniture especially my leather sofas and recliner and my bedroom set. I strongly recommend this furniture store to anyone who wants affordable yet modern furniture with excellent delivery service. Thank you everyone at Empire Furniture.

VERY POOR SERVICE.... STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FURNITURE OR ALL MY FURNITURE... AND THE FURNITURE I DID GET WAS DEFECTED WITH NO WORD ON WHEN IT WILL GET REPLACED...OVER A MONTH AND NOT ALL FURNITURE HAS ARRIVED!!! YET I ALREADY RECEIVED FIRST MONTH BILL, HAVING TO DISPUTE CHARGES WITH CREDIT CARD DUE TO NOT HAVING ALL FURNITURE YET.... THIS STORE IS A JOKE!!..... NEVER AGAIN!! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSE WHERE UNLESS YOU DONT MIND THE MONTH WAIT TO RECEIVE YOUR FURNITURE!!

Bought a bed room set for $1,100 let than 6 months old i moved the bed over ( just slid it on the floor and the runer snaped in hafe ) i cant belive i payed 1,100 for a bedroom set made of out particle board if i would have been told that was what it was made out of i would have never bought it and the paint it coming off of all my set i cant even belive how mad i am about this right now

My husband and I have spent about $4000.00 with empire...this is great place,we bought an item that was damaged during shipment and they got right on it and got it replaced also my husband had trouble with the way the bolts went together and there sales man took the time to show him even after the sale. The customer service is excellent. So know we are going back to buy more.

I went to furnature for less on saturday was told i would be called about a part on monday or tuesday. on tuesday i called and talked to somone and they said i will make sure the parts lady calls you at 10AM ill call myself and make sure she does. but they never called.

Got a bedroom set from there. And they let me buy a $1,100 mattress + the box springs from off the floor for only $599. Recommended for ordering furniture with fast delivery and pickup. They work with any budget. Loved the service, will be back for more.

Wasnt even there for 20 min and got an amazing deal on a love seat and sofa!!! I cant remember the financing guys name who helped me but youre the best!!! Cant wait to get my new couches in!!

Employees told me about the great financing I could get with Snap finance. No one mentioned there would be a 70% finance charge. What a rip off. DO NOT give these people your money.
