I have been shopping at HOM Furniture in Fargo for the past few years for all of my home furnishing needs. My most recent purchase from HOM was a new queen size bed for my daughter and myself. My daughter absolutely loves her new bed. I feel like I could use a little more support, so I headed back to HOM with the intentions to buy a new bed that would better fit my sleep needs. When I walked into the Fargo HOM store today, I was greeted by the familiar face of Gary. Gary helped me find the perfect dining table during one of my HOM shopping trips that fit beautifully in my new place. The day I went to buy the beds, Gary was there and pointed me in the right direction by introducing me to Brandon. Brandon was so informative about the products and pricing, he presented himself as a knowledgeable sales professional by sharing not only industry info about the beds we had chosen as well as personal experience. Today, I went back to HOM because the bed I bought for myself three months ago wasnt supporting my sleep health as I thought it should be. Once again I was greated by Gary, asked how we were doing and if there was anything he could help us with, when I said no, that we were just going to check out beds. He didnt miss a beat when he asked, "Wait, werent you here a few months ago buying a new bed?" YES! Why yes I was...he remembered me. What customer doesnt like to walk into a business and be remembered? What Gary said next absolutely blew me away...because I had bought the protector for my bed, I had a sleep trial. Meaning I could literally bring it back and get something that would better suit me. Gary and Bruce looked up my account and gave Brandon a heads up that I would be coming upstairs to look at something different. Again, Brandon was very informative, listened to what my needs were, and pointed me in the right direction. I definitely walked out of HOM today a happy customer, which is really nothing out of the ordinary because every experience at HOM has been extraordinary! Thank you for helping me with all of my home furnishing needs!

the store has nice salespeople but be sure to clarify every key point in communications. I found an item on the floor and noticed they had similar name brand in another wood tone color asked if I could get it in that tone instead at the same price. Answer was yes. Assumed it was customary to get it in either tone. When I got to desk to order and pay found that i needed more money down due to the color change, was planning to pay cash so no big deal but it would have been had I wanted to finance it. Then after all was keyed in and ready to sign off they inform me that it will take 12 weeks as the color request makes it a "custom order" by then I had spent nearly an hour in there store and was frustrated. Went ahead and ordered and waited. It arrived 12 weeks later, with damage. They allowed me to keep the damaged table for the family event I was celebrating and needed the table for as I waited another 12 weeks for the replacement. I will likely not choose to work with HOM again...ever!!! The Stress was not worth the savings I left Jamestown for in the long run. I should have bought locally and had it in my home in 2 weeks. LIVE AND LEARN!!!

We have loved every purchase from HOM Furniture and our favorite, "Fashionista" sales gal, Cyndee Engberg. Cyndee has proven time and time again that she will do whatever it takes to find us what were looking for and weve never been disappointed. Cyndee is so patient and has such a talented and unique flare. Everything weve bought has added a classy look to our home. HOM Furniture in Fargo, ND is always our first and last stop. There are so many choices and their quality is amazing. Other furniture stores pale in comparison. One of the things we truly love about Cyndee is ... she always welcomes calls, texts or emails from us. All we have to do is contact Cyndee and she starts looking! Choices are narrowed down by the time we walk in the door. We live a distance, so this is greatly appreciated and makes my husband very happy. A quality saleswoman, like Cyndee, is hard to find these days. Cyndee is a genuine asset to HOM Furniture and her customers. Another thing we love ... Just seeing what eyewear Cyndee is wearing that day! She is just a pure pleasure to work with. We highly recommend HOM Furniture and Cyndee Engberg in Fargo, ND.

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! After spending good money on a TV stand and a leather massage chair, when we went to pick it up I noticed the box for the massage chair had been opened and re-taped. I opened the box to check and found the chair was used. The top and bottom of the chair were not in plastic wrap and full of dog or cat hair, the cord was in between the top and bottom cushion making a crease in the leather. The guy in shipping went to ask the manager what to do and came back to tell me that I could go around front and get my money back. When I went in to the front desk I asked to speak to the manager and all said was thanks for telling him that it came from Minneapolis so he had no control of it. He didnt ask us what he could do for us or anything. It was a big disapointment! I could tell he just wanted to give us our money back so we would leave. After spending a lot of money with them for several years I will now be finding a different furniture store!

What a great store and Rhonda Gill in the rug department is truly one of those employees that hallmarks the store with her wonderful personality, knowledge of products and swift accurate service. Even Bruce, manager of the Fargo store makes customer service and product availability a priority to everyone that comes into the store. You are made to feel valuable and special during every visit. Of course our first stop is always to Rhondas desk as she not only sells us area rugs but has knowledge of each department in the store. She is definitely our go to person! Thank you HOM for hiring wonderful associates and for being our best store to shop in Fargo!

We recently purchased a bed and like always had a great experience however, our order wasnt correct. We had to go back to the store and get it corrected, which ended up costing us much more money in the end to get what we originally thought was already added. An awesome associate named Sheila took care of us both times we were there and did a remarkable job and even got our delivery changed from 3 weeks to a couple days. Her customer service towards us and others was outstanding and she even came in on her day off to help. We thank you kindly Sheila!

As a long time customer of this store, I can say the service is consistently exceptional. The sales team is helpful but not "stalking" you through the store. The "desk" and warehouse teams are both incredible. And when Ive had to return an item, the management has been supportive and flexible. And once, when a repair was needed, they sent someone to my house, and ended up replacing the piece with a new one. Amazing! This store has been my "go to" store since they opened way back when--and will continue to be. Theyve earned it!
