The entire Enchanted Florist staff would like to apologize for any disappointment with our services you felt. Regrettably, this is the first that we are hearing that you were not happy with your flowers. Not knowing you were unsatisfied does not allow us the opportunity to fix what happened and mend any hurt feeling you may have. Unfortunately, $60.00 for a bridal bouquet of French tulips is a modest bouquet. French tulips have a higher market value than the traditional Dutch tulips that your two bridesmaids carried. This is why their bouquets were half the cost with same quantity of flowers. The photo that was in the book was shown as an example and not a representation of a sixty dollar bouquet. We apologize if we did not make that clear when meeting with you to discuss your wedding flowers. Our staff works hard to go above and beyond, so when a client has an issue we truly do want to hear from them. This allows the shop an opportunity to make the situation right. I recently had the pleasure of working with the Enchanted Florist for my wedding flowers. After my consultation with Laura, the owner of the shop, I knew I had found my florist. Laura was very professional, kind, and helpful as was her staff. Laura has a knack for asking questions that helped to bring the style of arrangements and color combinations I wanted for my wedding to life. Laura had many fresh and creative ideas for the centerpieces as well as unique flower combinations for the bouquets. I found Laura to be very accessible. She answered emails and phone calls quickly which was very much appreciated. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned. A big thanks to Laura and her staff for helping to make my wedding day perfect! I would definitely recommend the Enchanted Florist for your wedding or any floral need.

The website is misleading. Im in Iraq right now and had some flowers sent to my wife for her birthday. Unfortunately, the flowers she actually got seem kinda dinky compared to the picture on the website. They also forgot to send the balloon I ordered too. Id like to complain, however after searching their website, the only contact information I found was a phone number. The problem I have with this that the time difference, my work schedule, their store hours and the location of the nearest dsn phone make it so that it is imposible for me to call them. An email address would have been better. It seems to me that if I can order their products online, I should be able to contact them online as well. Overall I am not pleased.

I am a repeat customer and have always been delighted with the lovely and creative arrangements from this florist. I have ordered for delivery to friends and family and everyone has responded that the flowers are not only exquisite but last longer than might be expected. I noticed the recent negative review when I placed an order this morning and can only speculate that the customer very rarely works with a florist and may be unfamiliar with industry pricing. That review shouldnt influence the well-deserved reputation of this talented florist and friendly staff.

I found this place by doing a simple Google search for flowers in Ypsilanti. I have passed by their location a hundred times being in Depot Town but never really noticed them. I went in with a very basic idea of what I needed, and was helped immediately. They took my idea and ran with it and came up with something that ended up working out perfectly. It looked wonderful and they had it ready within hours. I couldnt have been happier. If I have any sort of flower needs in the future, I am definitely going to them first.

Although tucked into Depot Town, this place needs more recognition. I went in today on the hopes they could help me with a flower arrangement for my boss, I was expecting to have to come back a couple hours later but was extremely surprised when I was helped immediately. The arrangement was exactly what I wanted, I described the "jist" of what I needed and she ran with it! Decent prices, awesome service. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I hired Enchanted Florist for my wedding and I have to say I was very disappointed. Laura never returns phone calls or e-mails and always seems to have just left for the day even though its early afternoon! She is not a florist who will go above and beyond for her customers. I basically had to tell her everything I wanted done and she gave me no suggestions or input whatsoever. Not really sure what her talent is supposed to be??

I ordered my Bouquet and bridesmaids flowers from them. When we went in for the quote they showed a sample picture of how my bouquet would look. The day of the wedding we got the flowers and my bouquet was half the size. My father went back to talk to them and he ended up paying 50 dollar more to add 8 flowers, they were rude to him and upset that he bought the last of there tulips. we were not happy with them.

The day the flowers were delivered they looked a week old. The second day some of the roses were already crispy. Total disappointment. They should have NEVER let those leave their store. MY BF lives in NY and wanted to support a local shop (I live in Ypsi). They should have sent a new arrangement, but did not. What a bummer! Never again! Horrible customer satisfaction. Thumbs down!

My husband called the day of Valentines Day and I received THE MOST BEAUTIFUL flowers I have ever seen!! They were abosolutely gorgeous, I can only say they looked like flowers on steroids! Also, my husband said he received great service when ordering the flowers! I would HIGHLY recommend Enchanted Florist in Ypsi!

The delivery person is very personable. The flowers have always been lovely. I received 60 assorted roses from this florist that lasted for over a week! The location of the shop is in Depot Town and it certainly adds to the classiness of that Ypsilanti district. I always recommend this company to my friends.

Bouquet was about a third of the size of the one pictured. Coincidentally the return email addtess is absent in the confirmation email that they sent (simply says "email us at" -Blank)! Seventy three dollars and they were entirely unimpressive. Small, and not fresh or robust as pictured.

EXCELLENT service. Got the roses I needed for Valentines Day on the SHORTEST notice (like, 3 hours) AND they even sent someone directly from the shop to hand deliver them so my lady friend would get them on her lunch break. Highly recommended.
