I had a wonderful experience with Joyce Merck Florist. I was 2000 miles away from my mother, who was receiving the bouquet for her birthday. I called on a Saturday and received an immediate call back. The flowers were to be delivered that Tuesday. Not only did I receive a call from both my parents telling how beautiful and fragrant the bouquet was, but they gave me another call the next week telling me how long they were lasting. I was also surprised by an actual photo sent by the florist of the bouquet that was delivered to my mother! No one has taken this extra step before, and it was very appreciated. Excellent service, beautiful flowers, and thoughtful consideration by the florist. I would not only order again, but highly recommend.

Im a 30 year old woman who happens to have a few tattoos and felt as if when I walked in this florist, they just scoffed. It took forever for anyone to help us at the counter, they acted all snotty and we had come there to spend tons on wedding floral arrangements and such! This location used to be so nice and now it just caters to their high society clients, or so it seems. Plus they were all doing what looked like nothing and yet didnt have the correct opening to do our arrangements. ADAMS FLORIST is a little country florist and were MORE than accomodating and friendly, not to mention their prices cant be beat. My flowers looked amazing from there. Im glad for the detour.

I live 2 hours away from my sister who lives there. Today is her birthday and I wanted to send her flowers. I havent been up there enough to know what is what so I took a gamble. I didnt get a chance to see what the flowers looked like or anything. The sales associate said that they would make it look pretty and it would be delivered by lunch. Well, my mom just sent me a video of my sister crying because they were gorgeous!! I was on a budget and thought that because of that, it would hinder the appearance and it did not! and it came only an hour and a half after I placed the order! I will recommend them to anyone in that area!! Thanks guys!! <3

Best Florist Ever!!!! Received two arrangements from this florist for my 60th and even my husband remarked that he had never seen such high quality beautiful arrangements. Not only that, the delivery woman practically saved my life by honking her horn until my husband came up from the dock. I was stranded out on the lake with no gas and a locked phone that could only receive calls. She called about my delivery and I said please get my husband and tell him Im stranded on the lake. She did it too!!!!

Called from CT and asked them to create something special for my daughter in Gainesville. They created a beautiful arrangement of sunflowers and hydrangeas and a big bunch of balloons all delivered same-day to my daughter. She was thrilled and got lots of compliments from guests at her birthday party. The person who helped me was patient and helpful and translated my vision to reality. Will definitely use Joyce Merck Florist again.

We had no idea which florist to use in Gainesville when we needed to order flowers for a family funeral. We chose Joyce Merck Florist and so glad we did! The lady who took our order assured me that they would take care of us, and they did...the wreath was beautiful, fresh, and just what I had in mind. They did a great job!

The customer retention alone gives this place 5 stars. There is a reason why they are one of the most well known florist on this side of Georgia. Im very impressed with how much they get done, Im sure its extremely tough having to juggle hundreds of orders at a time! Keep up the good work!!!

I went to three florists in the area to get a nice arrangement for a friend whos mother just passed away. Very accommodating and took me back to the coolers to see all of their cut flowers. The arrangement was beautiful. Thank you for taking the extra time

Ordered flowers for our sunday church service and I was so disappointed. The flowers arrived wilted on saturday and by sunday service the rose petals had fell off and the flowers overall just looked dead. Joyce Merck ruined my Mothers memorial flowers.
