I placed an order of flowers from here about a week before mothers day. I discussed with one of the employees about ordering a bouquet of purple carnations with some other purple flowers mixed in and requested no roses. When asked for my phone I told the employee that I would be in Europe on Mothers Day with no access to my phone and could only be reached by email. The flowers arrived the day before mothers day which was the day we agreed on since the employee said they tried to avoid delivering on mothers day. Being six hours a head in Germany I Skyped my mom at 12am (German time)/ 6pm (Michigan time) to see that she completely got the wrong flowers. The bouquet had no purple flowers and had roses in it which I requested not to include. The next day I was able to borrow someone elses phone to call and a different employee answered. She said she couldnt handle my complaint because she was too busy and that I had to text her. I told her I didnt really have access to a phone and I could email her but she said she wouldnt respond to email. After texting her on my friends phone she responded seven hours later saying my order was the only one that messed up and that they did not have enough flowers to make me the bouquet I ordered. She then said that they would make the correct order the next day after they got fresh flowers in. She did not offer a refund. The new bouquet was completely disappointing. It was only had three carnations and was incredibility small for the amount I had paid for. Honestly I feel pretty cheated and the whole experience was very upsetting. I will not order from this place again nor would I ever recommend their services.

Its upsetting to see these bad reviews to say the least! I have always ordered flowers from Four Seasons and they have always been amazing! One year being only 19 and having extremely poor planning ordered flowers the day before my parents 25th wedding anniversary and had some pretty tall orders. They went above and beyond making the bouquet unbelievably gorgeous! And they even worked with me on colors and delivered it the next day on time! I have ordered all my corsage and boutenier orders through high school. Ordered my graduation party flowers there. I have never been disappointed! I love this place and they definitely deserve your business.

Four Seasons mastery IS artistry!!!! My family and I have been clients here for two decades or more, they have done our weddings, showers, holidays and have gone to great lengths to work their magic for us when were in a jam, even in their busiest times. This team works together to create some of the most jaw droppingly gorgeous arrangements I have seen. EVER and having worked as a wedding coordinator in Big Sur, CA for several years I have much to compare them to and Four Seasons is TOPS!!!

We paid 125.00 for an arrangement, and 50.00 for a vase with flowers. We got a wilting 125.00 mess, and the 50.00 flowers were the kind you buy at Kroger for 8.00 and the vase you can get at the 1.00 store. HIGHLY disappointed. We looked like cheapskates at this funeral, when we spent $175.00 on 2 arrangements. NEVER GOING BACK THERE.

Have been buying flowers here for years. Never had a bad experience. Their flowers are fresh, beautiful and last a long time. If you want the best at a reasonable price come here. If you want cheap (and cheap looking) go to Krogers and buy a pound of hamburger while your at it for that special dinner with the wife.

The ladies at Four Seasons never fail in meeting my budget or arrangement needs. Men! Yes you! They take all the guess work out of what to get your wife or significant other. Tell them what you think youre looking for and magic will happen. Stop in and visit! I highly recommend.

Obnoxiously expensive flowers. $60 for a dozen roses with no vase. Yeah, Im not kidding. Ill never go here again.
