Tom Thompson and his team provided bouquets and table arrangements for my wedding on 10/10/15 and I cannot tell you how absolutely delighted I was and continue to be with the results! Tom took a rough vision I had and made it reality that far, far exceeded my expectations. Tom and his team are accommodating and patient with the myriad of questions I asked before my wedding. The price for our bouquets and arrangements was very reasonable. They even threw in extra garland for us the morning of the wedding. We were so touched by this sweet surprise! I am so grateful to have had the chance to work with Tom Thompson Flowers and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much, Tom and team! -Alison McClure

My name is moe and today I called from Toledo Ohio. It was amazing how fast and simple the process was. They asked me like five questions in 30 seconds and the order was complete. The friendliness was bar none. Completely exceed what my imagination could muster. I had no idea a business still exist that is customer service based and revolved around anymore. Hats off to you all at Tom Thompson Flowers, please keep up the good things you have going on. I may have to stop up there to say hi in person :)

I walked in, out of the cold and got on-the-spot help. Not pushy, not pretentious, just plain, good, kind help with what I needed. All my questions were answered and instead of thinking about my purchase I decided to order right away. Ive always wanted to send flowers from this place because they support the Ann Arbor Opera and the arts in Ann Arbor. Cant go wrong with people like that!!

I have ordered many flower arrangements from Tom Thompson over the past year. Not once have I been dissapointed. I can give them a description such as, "elegant but not too expensive" or, "New baby arrangement" and they will come up with something that is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend them for any occasion no matter what your budget.

If you are a procrastinator like me this is the place to go. I forgot to get flowers until 6:00 on Vday and they said, if i could be there in ten min she could help me out, and she did. Flowers were great too! Two thumbs up. Thanks for your help :)

I dropped in on a Friday afternoon to get some spur of the moment flowers for my girl. The lovely lady asked my price range and whipped me up a lovely bouquet on the spot. Took about 8 minutes. Lovely experience
