Would not recommend as the florist for anyones wedding. Honestly, I wish I could give a better review. Our wedding was 6/22/13. Nabuko was very sweet and attentive during our meeting and all conversations thereafter. I asked for a bouquet of blush peonies, pale pink garden roses, and dark-centered anemones for my bridal bouquet, and a dark-centered anemone boutineer for my husband-to-be. When I called to check in the day before our wedding, she informed me that the boutineer anemone was a no-go (not sure why, except that she said they were "no good"?), but assured me that I had the anemones in my bridal bouquet. She said that replaced the boutineer with a white ranunculus. My bridal bouquet was picked up by a groomsmen, and I was disappointed when I saw it. There were no anemones in it after all, those were also replaced by white ranunculi. The roses that were supposed to be pale pink garden roses were medium pink standard roses. At least the blush peonies were still included? I did inform Nabuko during our meeting that our ceremony was to be held at Island Park - key word being park. Outdoors. During the ceremony, my fiance and I were swarmed with gnats that were attracted to the ranunculi. We know this is the case, because our bridesmaids and groomsmen had no problem with their flowers attracting pests. One would think a florist would have connected the dots on this one and made a better selection as a replacement flower. Im glad that my husband and I have a sense of humor; some couples would have considered their ceremony ruined. We got rid of our bouquet and boutineer as soon as possible. One positive thing I can say is that they did a good job with the groomsmens boutineers. I understand that flowers are seasonal, but come on. Getting garden roses really should not have been an issue; neither should have gnats!

I just had my wedding this past weekend and I used Chelsea Flowers for my flowers. I can not recommend them enough. I gave Nobuku very broad generalizations and pictures for inspiration and the flowers exceeded my wildest expectations. They were also very reasonable in terms of cost. I had priced out ordering flowers from an online service and arranging them myself and the quote from Chelsea Flowers beat the cost for flowers alone for vases or other materials. Delivery was on time and the flowers came looking fresh and ready to go. I can also say that 4 days later, my bouquet is still alive and beautiful just sitting in water on the counter. I was recommended to try Chelsea Flowers from a relative because they did my parents wedding flowers. I can see why they have been in business as long as they have.

Stopped by on a whim and was very pleased! I didnt know what I wanted, so I just asked for a rose and some fall blooms and said I had a $15 budget. Within a few minutes one of the sweet ladies at the shop emerged with a gorgeous bouquet! The flowers were beautifully matched in color, and the bouquet looked like it cost way more than I paid. Ill definitely be going here for any of my floral need in Ann Arbor

What a delight! I go to the Chelsea Flower Shop every week to pick up a single rose. The service is always friendly and they have some of the most beautiful roses available - not to mention, the roses are healthy and often last 8-9 days! I am always so pleased. Even if you only by a single flower... their attention to detail, down to the wrapping, is wonderful.

Chelsea Flower Shop provided my wedding flowers and I was very satisfied with the shop, service, and flowers. They delivered on my vision with beautiful and simple daisies with light pink and pale orange roses and babies breath. The bouquets were beautiful. Chelsea flower shop has been serving the community for over 10 years donating flowers to the flower ladies who help children make flower arrangements at the Motts hospital. I dont know what that person was talking about but they are the best florists around! Their fliwers have even made appearances in recent hollywood movies!!! Not to mention the wonderful customer service. Always smiling! If you want a delivery made at a certain time you can request so.

PROM Related: called Chelsea Flower Shop and was told too busy to make a corsage nor did they have any premade. Nortons Flower shop on Stadium will make them for pick up after 4p today as well as have special keepsake premade corsages.
