Birthday Surprise---The arrangement I ordered was not only INCORRECT, the delivery time was 1 hour and 15 minutes LATE. I was not notified from the store that the scheduled delivery time would be later than what was expected. I had to call the store to find out where my delivery was. Very unprofessional on their part. Due to the late delivery, the element of surprise was ruined! As a result of that, plans that were scheduled following delivery had to be cancelled. I called the store the very next morning and asked to speak with the manager. Instead I spoke to someone who described herself as a "head person." In an effort to make things right, I was given a refund for the extras I had added to my order and, a voucher for the extras free of charge. Bottom line is this, my order should have arrived when expected. I should have been notified from the store that my order would be delivered late. Given the extra hour and fifteen minutes it took for them to deliver my order, there is no excuse for my arrangement to be missing items that I added.

Im a rewards member with Edible Arrangements and they sent me an email for a free 12 ct chocolate dipped fruit box after I bought my first 3 orders. I only had to walk in and give my phone number and they packaged the gift in a nice box and bag. I was impressed with the presentation of the FREE gift. (Dont get me wrong, I spent a lot of money to get it, but it was presented nicely lol)

I ordered chocolate dipped strawberries for my girlfriend from here as a just because gift. They were delivered to her at work in a very timely manner and from what I was told the berries were very fresh and delicious. Will definitely be ordering from this location for any future gifts!

LOVED my experience at this location. The staff were very helpful in helping me pick out just want I needed for a Thank You gift! Their smoothies are not only healthy but also delicious! This is a must go place! Cant wait to go back.

These idiots failed to deliver an expensive arrangement to my 14 year old daughter for Valentines day! I ordered it days ahead of time! DONT USE THIS SERVICE! They are completely incompetant and irresponsible!

Went in today and got a Mocha Almond Fro-yo Fruit Shake, and it was magical. It tasted so yummy! Thanks to the best barista, Blythe!! I will most definitely be returning!
