Ordered Sapphire Skies Bouquet. The arrangement showed cream roses, white lilies and white carnations with purple statice. The vase was sapphire blue. It was delivered as a sympathy arrangement to a funeral home. I understand the substitutions Policy, however I did not think the white lilies would be substituted with pink lilies. This did not look like what I ordered, the pink really threw off the whole look. I was hoping it came with the blue vase, and it did. But pink lilies! Sorry, but very disappointed. I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect arrangement, for a male recipient.

Chris in the florist department turned my business away not once, but twice. I walked in to talk to him about a few arrangements. I was the only one in the store and he told me he was too busy to talk to me and that I would need to make an appointment. So I called to make an appointment with him a couple of weeks later and he told me he did not take appointments in May.

Everyone was so helpful and HUGH selection of annuals and perennials. GREAT selection of mixed annuals in one pot so you can take home and plant up easily. This Ive never seen before at a nursery so was pleasantly surprised with the selection. Most anything you need they have and it was worth the drive from Northville
