I ordered the Fall Harvest bouquet as a "thank you". When it was delivered I was disappointed because unbeknownst to me, the shop was out of the pumpkin bases. I called the store and inquired. Not only did they have more in stock but said they would deliver a pumpkin vase. Well, to my surprise they went above and beyond - delivering a pumpkin vase FILLED with a teddy bear, book of coupons, dipped strawberry and a balloon! This establishment is AMAZING! The original bouquet was beyond delish and so fresh and well put together! If I ever have to send a gift to MI again, I will ABSOLUTELY be using them again!!!! AMAZING! Im well acquainted with Edible Arrangements everywhere Ive lived in the US. This is my favorite thank-you note. As with any kind of bouquet, I try to plan ahead so that delivery is fresh. All my recipients love these bouquets themselves. Ill be doing this again for someone else to receive. Thank you so much for having a store in Brighton, MI which helped me to arrange a more appropriate delivery date than I had originally.

Ok well since you keep spamming my email I will leave a review for this August 2016 delivery. You attempted to deliver without calling prior to or upon arrival to a residence. You refused to make a second attempt that day, even though you were called 30 minutes after the delivery attempt. No I will not use you again.

I called one of the ladies working and she was very rude to me when I asked her about the different prices of the arrangements. She sounded very overwhelmed and impatient. I believe she was working alone but if thats the case she shouldnt be alone if she cant handle the workload. I called on July 7 at 1:45 p.m.

They called to cancel my delivery I had set up because their driver suddenly quit. They refunded my money. However, the next day I got a call from my friend saying the delivered the arrangement very late the next night and that was at no charge to me. Great company!

Arrangement looked very nice however the melons were tasteless. I dont know if they were picked green but they had no taste at all. The apples dipped in chocolate were very good and the strawberries were fair in taste
