Their customer service sucks. Id ordered 100s of dollars worth of flowers from them over a long period - to send to my wife that works in Loganville. The last time I did this the flowers lasted about a day and began to wilt, where as the other times they lasted several days and even up to a week. I called to let them know but was quickly told I couldnt get my money back, which surprised me because I never asked for it back. I just wanted them to know about it - thinking theyd be interested in what is going on. The rest of the conversation went badly and I am never using them again. Theres other places in Loganville to choose from.

This place doesnt even deserve a one star rating! I dropped by on a Saturday morning in hopes of purchasing a bouquet of flowers for my little cousins piano recital. The lady was extremely rude and short with me when I asked if she had any other bouquets other than the two that were on display - which were clearly old and had been sitting for quite some time. She told me they didnt have anything else and to go to Walmart or Kroger if I want a wrapped bouquet. Wow, way to run a business lady!!

They dont even deserve a star! My sister ordered flowers for me and they deliveted them and left them outside in the rain. They called to make sure I got them. When I told her they wete left outside and I was nit happy about that, she told me they did not neef my business and they would make it without me. And what makes it worse was that someone was at home and who could have taken them!

Went in to purchase some flowers for my wife and as I am talking to the lady she interrupts me to get a call and then ignores me as I am ordering to take the phone order. Very Rude in the Way she told me that they did not have certain flowers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Take your money else where.

I called midday the day before Mothers Day.(My wife and I both thought that we had sent flowers). My order was delivered the same day and according to my mother in law, it was the nicest bouquet of flowers she had ever received. Great service. I highly recommend Loganville Flower Basket.

Bought two corsages for homecoming , they were so small it was embarrassing compared to the many other girls . One rose fell off after 5 minutes of putting it on....very disappointed.
