I was able to respond quickly to the credit-card-not-going-through issue and my flowers were delivered on time. My wife loved the flowers, which is a first. I have used a lot of local florist without a positive result in that area. My wife did say the delivery person was a little grumpy. The big issue that I have now is that my Mylar Balloon and Plush Animal did not yet make it. I understand that Valentines is chaotic - so getting them there today is fine (with a cheery delivery person). But so far, none of the numbers are being answered-- e-mails being unanswered. Come on Flower Garden -- answer the phone! Deliver my Mylar Balloon and Plush Animal. Thanks!. Ill be reporting back on this :) /// Update: Since the Flower Garden only delivers to Dacula on Holidays... it could take a couple weeks to get there :( ... they did offer a credit... and they did apologize... Beautiful Flowers... I would use them again, but only three stars this time...

Husband sent 24 roses for 20th anniversary. Beautiful Roses, terrible display. They looked as though they had put babys breath in bottom and just stuffed them in, not good for $120.00. No creativity at all. When I called to complain, the receptionist then called to tell my husband I was not satisfied. I initially wanted nothing done, just for informational purposes I thought the owner would like to know. Owner got mad and came and picked them up out of my office because I complained about how rude the help was to me. The only response was, "she (the receptionist) said you were very rude to her. I was in the end. My husband tried to do something beautiful for our 20th, they didnt care or try to work something out. Called me "Hon" by-the-way as they were telling me off, lol.

I have used The Flower Garden exclusively for the past 11 or 12 years. They make all my cemetery arrangements (I have 5) and they are beautiful. Also purchase live plants and floral arrangements for anniversarys, funerals, and they seem to go out of their way to make everything exactly as I envision it. No request has been ignored, they add little touches to make each arrangement perfect..from little birds to ribbons..whatever I ask for. They even give me tips on how to extend the color of my silk arrangements. This is money out of their pocket, if the colors last longer, I dont need new arrangements. Patty and The Flower Garden are definitely the best to work with if youre looking for flowers for your wedding! I had numerous meetings, emails, etc with Patty, and every time she was very helpful, friendly, and glad to help with my questions and concerns. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them. I couldnt explain how many comments that I had about how beautiful all of our flowers were; everyone that was at the wedding or has seen pictures has commented about how wonderful they were! I wish I had some of my pictures back so I could post them, but I would definitely recommend her to any bride that is looking for flowers for her wedding!

Placed an order online, for delivery the following day. She called me the next day, asking for an additional piece of credit card information (my online order already went through...). She then told me the delivery truck already left for the day, and I would have to wait an additional two days (weekend) for delivery on Monday. I cancelled the order, and called a different shop that delivered the flowers immediately. She was polite about it, but I cant imagine why she didnt just call the truck driver and have him come back (or hop in her own car), considering the mistake on her part.

this is one of my favorite flower shops to use. they are always the nicest and most helpful florists out there. They delivered exactly what i wanted and the price was the best in town. my girlfriend loved her flowers. if you are looking for a good florist this one fits the bill.
