I was so pleased with my arrangement when it arrived- it was absolutely gorgeous! My flowers arrived on Saturday afternoon and by Tuesday morning 75% of the flowers were dead. When The shop was called to see if they would be willing to replace any of the flowers the florist informed us that she would replace the 3 roses and that was all. Upon explaining that replacing the roses would hardly do any good because all of the other flowers were dead she became outright hateful. We asked if we could bring the flowers for her to see to which she replied, "why bother, Im not going to do anything for you anyway." When we brought the flowers to her she not only was rude, but downright disrespectful and almost seemed to take pleasure in the idea that "she was getting her money," even though we had a dead product. I wouldnt go back to this place if the only flowers in the world were available here. Ive been insulted and treated like dirt and would strongly advise you to take your business somewhere where they actually want your money and will treat you like a human being.

They work with ProFlowers, which is how I got stuck with them. My delivery was nothing like what was shown on ProFlowers website, and they died the next day. After paying $80 I asked for a refund. I was told they would not give my refund until they came back and picked the flowers up. This place is an absolute nightmare. Wish I had known who this was before I ordered. UPDATE: ProFlowers IMMEDIATELY refunded me the full amount, sent me a 20% coupon, and called this florist and REFUSED to allow them to come back to get the flowers. This florist goes against ProFlowers refund policy and they were not happy about what I was being told. So, I will say yes to ProFlowers, but if you are going thru a florist (usually with all same-day, PLEASE look into the actual florist first.)

Not worth 1 star. My son sent me flowers for Mothers Day, ordered thru ProFlowers. I didnt want to hurt his feelings at first, but because the flowers are dead after 3 days, I do not want him to ever use this florist again, and so told him about them and sent a photo. He said they dont even look like what he ordered. I called this florist but havent heard back yet. Wish I could post a picture. It is almost comical. Not a professional job in my opinion. I called ProFlowers who said they need the order number to replace them and they guarantee their flowers for 7 days.

I wanted to send a special friend a Christmas gift and came across this awesome flower shop online. When I called about one of their products, they were very helpful with great suggestions on what I should get as well as any other additions that would make it stand out a little more. I was able to receive a call from the delivery guy on when and who actually received the flowers. They really made this process easy for me and my special friend loved her gift!! I say we did good haha

This is absolutely the worst florist. The arrangement looked horrible when delivered on Friday and when notified on Sat, they said they would call back the next day. THAT WAS SUNDAY!!! They were closed and no one call on Monday EITHER!!! RUN ! RUN!
