Sprouts is a fine enough store overall. Selection, pricing and all that you would expect in a specialty grocer is present and accounted for. So, a tip of the top hat for that. Where they fail, though, is at the deli counter. I have had two miserable experiences at this deli - in two weeks. Rather than whine about the details, I only suggest: 1. That when there are literally six people behind the counter and one employee helping four customers, perhaps an assessment of labor division is needed. 2. That when customers are waiting for service, perhaps employees on their lunch breaks should be advised not to cut the line to get a sample of the macaroni salad from their friend while talking to an off-duty employee also taking up space at the counter - on a busy Sunday afternoon. I know these things happen and I have had only great experiences with employees in other parts of the store. And its not like Im not going to shop here again - I like the place. But the complete lack of concern these folks show for their deli customers is astonishing - even considering its coming from young hipsters who could not care less about anything outside their personal orbit.

Having a selection of products like Whole Foods, but offer great price like Trader Joes The Good - Clean and easy to navigate throughout the store - Friendly staff - Easy to read tag for Gluten Free and Vegetarian items - Great GNC alternative (you can get a lot of health products here without having to pay a membership fee) - Great price (offer similar selections as whole foods, but you dont have to spend an arm and a leg) - Great bulk selection (or nuts and snacks) - Easy Parking (plenty of free parking) - 3 PokeStops and 2 Poke Gyms nearby The Bad - Doesnt offer a great selection like Safeway or Target - Deli selection is not as big and varied - Line for cashier can get really long

I had a pretty horrible experience... But one of the managers, Stan, made my day. I waited over half an hour for two sandwiches that should have been no more than a ten minute wait. (I used to work in a sprouts deli) our sandwiches were first in line. when two came out before ours I tracked down a blue shirt and it happened to be Stan. he was very kind and I was shaking because I was angry, hungry, and late back from my lunch break. he told me that everything I had with me was on him and my fellow co-worker as well. Stan turned this one star review into a five star review. someone give that man a promotion and a raise please. thank you stan!

I simply love Sprouts. The produce they carry is delicious and fresh. Furthermore, they stock a wonderfully vast array of nondairy milks, cheeses, yogurts, and ice creams. The sheer magnitude of the unique products they have available make me swell up with excitement like a school girl being touched by her secret crush. The staff have always been helpful and approachable. And to top it all off the price is still extremely affordable! I definitely recommend giving this store a try. Just dont be surprised if you see a big burly guy doing leaps and double-axels down the aisles.....thats just my typical routine that occurs when Im at Sprouts.

I buy nuts in bulk, and usually can find better prices here than at Whole Foods. The last TWO times I have purchased walnuts from this location, they have been RANCID! The first time, I had a special event and needed them for a recipe. I took the remaining nuts back and asked to talk to the store manager. She, however, could have cared less and acted like I was a nuisance! The following time I called first, and was assured there were no rancid nuts....a lie.... I wont shop there anymore, even though its less than 5 minutes from my home.

This store is one of my favorite grocery stores in the Phoenix area. Not only does it have bulk food for great prices, it also carries a good selection of meat, a great produce section and all kinds of organic and non-organic food. Their sales are great and if you go on Wednesday you get last week and this weeks sale prices. The store is spacious and clean, the restrooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The butcher and deli counter are quick and knowledgable.

its an organic store people...health nuts and all that. Every now and then youll find bugs in your fruit and produce, but then again, you should wash it just to be safe... its a store like any other. Some stuff is overpriced but you can normally find good deals on different wines and cheeses. Ive even found stuff cheaper the big wally store...oh and check the expiration date on some of the dairy stuff...I almost bough some keffir that was 2 days past expiration.

I like their produce and beer section. The new floors improved the shopping experience. I have seen many times they wrongly charge items... it would be nice if customers can see the charge for each item on a display as they bill them. <5/1/2017> They charged me regular price than the deal price for organic brown eggs. I have to get back in line again to correct the billed amount.

My go to grocery store for everything but laundry and cleaning supplies. Great selection of fresh, usually ripe, fruit and vegetables. Delicious meat and seafood available (ribeye discounts should constitutes a holiday), especially thick cut bulk bacon. Basically everything that you need for a healthy diet-and cheat meals-without unnecessary selections.

others things are good. After I check out with a men and looked at my receipt I see a bunch of celery is charged 4 times. I returned and asked why and was told that their check out machine is "sensative" so that if the chashier stay a little long when scanning a single item, it may be double counted! They refund me but didnt give a formal apologize.

Best place in Scottsdale for Produce. They are pricier than any other supermarket for everything other than produce, but their food is also more health focused and they cater to vegetarians and vegans. I would recommend going here for produce and Safeway for everything else as I think that gives you the best quality of product per dollar.

Really nice grocery store. Their produce often goes bad quickly since only some of it is refrigerated. They have a lovely meat and deli counter and have hot and cold food available for immediate consumption. They discontinue products a lot which sucks if you bought often. Staff here is great but due to volume the lines can get long.

Sprouts is probably one of the best markets in the valley. Always lots of selections, and a great bulk grains, nuts and dried fruit. Prices are reasonable, and actually they are constantly having sales, and sale items are often very nicely discounted. Even organic produce is often on sale. Shop at Sprouts if you like good deals.

A wonderful Sprouts! The best Ive been to! Everyone always has great things to say. It has the best selection Of gluten free food along with Nitrate free foods. They also have an extensive selection of Vitamin and supplements including homeopathic remedies. For complete Whole body wellness this is the best place to go.

Best Sprouts in the area! A really nice option to have nearby as health food stores go. Especially since Fresh N Easy shut down. There doesnt seem to be much turnover, and the employees are fast and friendly. Prices seem to be good comparatively. Love to visit when the fridge is getting bachelor style!
