Something bad has happened to this store. It used to be good. Now the employees are not even around to ask for help and when they do come they are listless and seemingly uninterested in helping. I am constantly getting Sprouts flyers in the mail and immediately go for the good deals that are on sale. To date, I have 25 rain checks as I make the drive there and they are always out of everything. I ask to speak to the worker in that department and they have no idea whats going on. One didnt even speak English and another didnt know what a rain check was. They all dont know even who the manager is.....Who is the manager of this store? They have added a coffee/sandwich bar and I have never had the worst, oldest and dreadful, coldest tasting coffee in my life. I asked to speak to someone about it and it was as-if I was in a vacant forest seeking help. Nobody was around after waiting 15 minutes I took the coffee to the front and jokingly told the cashier about it to not make her feel badly as it was not her department. She did not help me in getting the manager nor did she apologize nor did she comp me the 2.50 for the dreadful coffee. I work in customer service myself and have never experienced such apathy. The only saving grace of this place are the 2 gentlemen in the meat department. They are nice and deserve raises for putting up with the chaos of working at this circus of a store. Check your receipts too as each time I have been there I have caught cashier errors. Its sad, I used to really enjoy shopping here. Something has definitely changed for the worse.

A great place to get Organic and Vegan options. They have many other "normal healthy" options as well, But being a Vegan, I focus on that. They have special ordered certain products in the past, and do a great job of keeping them on the shelves for me in the future. Great variety, amazing Produce decent prices and easy access for me. (Produce is the focus and the produce and Bulk items are in the center of the store and are the main-focus. This is my go-to grocery shopping destination. Smiths downtown is blocks from my house, but I find myself here 90% of the time. Some times lines get quite long, but theyre pretty good at calling up additional cashers to handle the load. Since the remodel its much more efficient. I personally try to avoid the RUSH times; ie. Rush-Hour and noonish; Just like any good grocery store, during these times there are typically quite a few people shopping and lines can get a bit long.

Other than all the regular GMO products and meats there, and the fact that being out of "sale" products like A2 Milk is frustrating, and that breakfast "O"s are waaay cheaper at Whole Foods (like 50% cheaper for organic!) this place has many positive qualities... I CAN glean through the conventional products, and find a gem or two....Organic limes, when WF Is out... Dr. BREW Kombuca..at .50 less that WF, albeit, they only have 4 flavors, and not my favorite, Spice Apple.. Another fault of this place is often I find "short date" items with just a few days left for sale on the shelves....This is disconcerting, as I do not buy nearly outdated products... I was lectured on having to have a receipt for beauty care products, and my name written in a "book" to give me my "1 Chance" to return a defective product.. Remembering that, I take my beauty care business elsewhere now.

I absolutely love Sprouts. I always drive to their location at Fashion Place Blvd., however I just found out they have a store in S.Jordan. Awesome! I really love their produce. Ive always had very good luck with their produce and the items they put on sale, always seem to be the items I normally buy so makes it even better for me. The Customer Service is amazing which that right there, makes me want to go back. It makes a big difference on how your treated as a customer. One great smile will brighten your day, at least it does for me......Sprouts is my favorite store

I love this place. I love learning and exploring new food choices and old favorites. I love the new sandwich bar that they put in a few months ago. They have a daily special and they are made to order. Their produce department of second to none. They have both regular and organic vegetables. Lots of great choices for celiac and Gluten Sensitive individuals. They also have a fresh meat counter so you can order what you need. And it is always fresh.

Sprouts is a great place to shop I love all the deals they have. I also love that they have a bulk foods section. I have always loved the customer service I have shopped at the state st location in Murray and there new lacation in South Jordan. I like that you can go in and there stores are clean and organized. They always have great deals on there meats its the only place I shop for meat.

I generally really like Sprouts. A couple bad customer service experiences, but the prices and produce are pretty good. I bought a coconut a few days ago. today I decided to eat it. I got the juice out and it was slightly brown. I took a sip and it was DISGUSTING! I decided to crack it open completely, and this is the end result. I guess I will not purchase coconuts from this place again.

Sprouts is like having Whole-Foods grade products, with most of it at much lower prices. This is the best place to find the best produce at the best price anywhere in Utah. You cant buy everything there if youre looking to save money... Dairy and meat products tend to be pricey... but for fruits and vegetables, this is the place to go!

Yesterday i was at sprouts murray location, i was in bulking section where i kindly asked a employee who was working in a bulking section that can i get a sample, he rudely said no and accused me that i was stealing. Not going to this place anymore, Ill be giving my business to Good Earth atleast they respect their customers.

They dont have very common fruit or vegetables sometimes like broccoli. Some of their produce is significantly substandard despite them being a produce store. The cashiers are super slow. Even when its not busy it takes at least 10 mins to check out. The idea of this kind of store is good but it seems it is poorly managed.

I absolutely love sprouts. I eat a lot of paleo food and they have a section of paleo food, they carry coconut sugar and have a small cooler section with paleo desserts, they also sell beet, pumpkin and onion chips that are delicious. The produce, meat, cheese and deli are really good. They make the best sandwiches.

I liked the Sprouts a little better where I used to live, they had more in the hot case. Sometimes I go in and theres nothing in there, and its really hard to find the turkey pot roast (yum yum yum). But the store is ok, they have a lot of nice things. I like the water refills- cheaper than walmart or Whole foods!

I love this store! They have a great selection of food, supplements, and homeopathy and aromatherapy supplies. They are very reasonably priced. I told a family member about Sunflower and described it as "An affordable Whole Foods but with a bigger selection". I plan on doing all my shopping here from now on.
