While there is much to like about Sprouts, a glaring shortcoming undermines its stated mission to provide healthy food at reasonable prices. Specifically, the use of bins for its bulk items is a clear indication that the health and safety of its customers is not a priority of Sprouts management. Even more mainstream stores such as Frys, up the street, have abandoned bins in favor of gravity-feed dispensers, which are significantly more consumer friendly. There is no way that I am going to buy sticky mango/cayenne from a bin in which all manner of humanity has reached in while unknowingly depositing a smorgasbord of detritus (dirt, dandruff, and who knows what). If I had a nickel for every time Ive seen a customer, street person, or child reach into those bins with grubby hands for a sample, Id be a wealthy man. Until about four years ago, Sprouts used the gravity-feed systems and, for some indefensible reason, abandoned them. It is long passed time for management to revisit this issue.

Ive been coming to sprouts for years, but the last visit I took to this sprouts just really left a sour taste in my mouth. Thanks to some guy named Ben. I ordered a sandwich an right before I am about to eat it this guy very Rudely tells me I have to pay for it first like as if Im some sorta sandwich stealing criminal. I politely ask him if I can eat it really quick while its still hot an he tells me no I have to pay for It first, so I wait in line an pay for it meanwhile my sandwich gets cold, even though Ive been doing it this way for years an have never once stolen a sandwich for some reason this guy thinks Im gonna dine an dash. Everyone else at this location however was very polite an professional. Just not this guy Ben he provides terrible service. I was gonna shop after I ate but I decided not to because this just really annoyed. So Ben worrying about a 5 dollar sandwich just lost his store probably $100 in sales an way more than that in future sales.

This is the main sprouts that I like to shop at due to how close its to me. Its a healthy store and I like that. The store itself is okay, but the workers there are always so slow. I usually have to wait longer than at any other store. Today, I had an incident where I was in a hurry and the cashier ADAM, (slender dude, black short hair with glasses, about 511) saw me and he slowed down after noticing me. I had to wait 6-8mins for him to checkout 3 items and bag them. Then, one of his coworkers came ( as a bagger) and threw the two items I had purchased towards me. Not only did he not bag the itemd and had thrown my items at me, he also gave me and attitude when I politely asked him to bag my items. I had not time to speak to his manager as I was in a hurry. Doubt Ill be coming back to this store again. I had rated this store before as a 5. Guess they need better costumer service.

Dont get a sandwich here unless you want missing ingredients. The only guy who knows how to make a damn sandwich is the older gentlemen Matt. I used to go here for my lunch break and consistently would wait for 15+ minutes to get a sandwich. One time Gabriel was making them and I watched her glare at me while she hand picked the thickest slices of onion because she overheard me complain about how long it takes. Any other time I have had to go back to get the correct sandwich. Any other sprouts you are greeted at the counter, instead of filling out a ticket and waiting a ridiculous amount of time. It takes 3 minutes to make a sandwich, I dont understand why this sprouts has the slowest workers. From now on if I dont see the older gentlemen behind the counter I just leave because it happens every time. It seems almost like they do it on purpose.

One of the best kept secrets of Sprouts is their deli sandwiches. A very affordable way to eat healthy. They are made to order and have a selection to suit just about everyone. Your choices include 6 different kinds of breads, 8 different meats including a vegetarian option, 6 different condiments. You also get a choice of 9 different add ons for an additional charge including 5 different cheeses. If that wasnt enough choices they offer a sandwich of the day for 3.99. Puts Subway to shame. My average purchase usually runs about 4 to 5 dollars for the sandwich.

Great place, helpful and friendly staff. I get a little lost with the updated store layout but Ill survive. Only complaint is that I wish they hadnt gotten rid of the Okinawan sweet potatoes...my fiance and I were going there all the time to buy them and they just disappeared one day and didnt come back. They had the real ones and not the imposter ones that are actually white with purple striations inside, they were the true deep purple colored on the inside so we didnt need to snap the potato ends to check like we do at Asian markets.

The store is well organized and the produce is amazing. However, the employees are rude (I read several reviews about them, and theyre true!) and is on the pricey side but the product is worth paying for and you can shop smart without breaking the bank! I like the boxed steak dinners w veggies at the deli, Hawaiian Papayas, kale, peaches, avocados and the Tillamook berry patch yogurt. Will have to try the deli sandwiches next time. :-)

The 5 pound carrot bag was not put in my shopping cart while the charge of $3.99 for the carrot bag was in the receipt. I did not find out about it until 4 days later when I need to use carrots. I rated 2 stars because this is the third time I encountered this problem of missing grocery. The first two times happened at Sprouts in Chandler, and I was able to recover the items.

They have a great selection of beers if you are into trying something new. They have a great selection of vegetables and seasonal fruits as well. The employees are usually helpful and polite. It can be rather busy between 6-8 pm, so plan ahead! The prices are decent for some of their specialty selections compared to other stores in the area.

Theyre in the middle of construction and rearranging everything, so its a bit messy right now, but otherwise, a-ok! I love the prices of fresh produce and always buy those items at sprouts. Some other things are prohibitively expensive, so I buy those things elsewhere. Fruit and veggies are a steal here, though!

This is the best place hands down to get fresh local produce and discounts on natural and organic food. Sprouts is the affordable and more community focused version of Whole Foods. Sprouts really strives to make healthy living affordable for everyone. Employees at this location are great and the store is clean!

Great alternative to Whole Foods. But it does feel like going back to the 1980s when you go to check out. No quick ways to get in and out fast. They have Apple Pay, and Android Pay, but no self check out and the express line is just as long as the general line, just small orders
