Bezema Motors on the automile in Norwood was TERRIBLE! I went there looking for a second car for around the city driving. I ended up liking a Jeep there and my husband did as well. The salesman was strange about getting my money. I did a credit card transaction and a check. I wanted to back out but my husband enjoyed the car so we continued on, however now I wish I had backed out. They werent able to get our car all set until the following day or after my husband got out of work, they said they would call... NEVER did... We called that night and everyone was gone, then we called again in the morning when we finally got ahold of someone. Picked up the car with rejection sticker because of a new battery they installed they said to come back and they would redo it after we drove it for awhile. 40 DAYS later the car wouldnt start, there was fluid leaking, the handle bar broke (because it was only glued in).. I called them upset because I had only had the car 40 DAYS they told me too bad, Id have to pay for whatever was wrong plus the tow there (which would be expensive they kept telling me). I called and spoke with a woman Pamela, who said no one was around (on a saturday afternoon at 1pm) and that she was the only one there. She said she couldnt get the managers number, and didnt know what to do. After playing phone tag with her for 45 min I called the store back pressed 1 or sales and got someone right away. Oh she LIED. Then I finally talked to the general manager John, who was unbelievably rude! He spoke down to me as if I was nothing. I told him that I didnt want to have to deal with him anymore I wanted my money back. He laughed at me and said that wasnt happening. He said that we had 30 day warranty and because it was 40 days they wouldnt do anything for us. I was bull! I brought my car somewhere else now to find out it need $500 worth of work! These people are scum! This is a used car dealership that just wants your money and could care less about the car they give you. The car will last about 30-60 days until you have to put more work into it and pay more money you werent expecting! DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THEM!! I WILLL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM!

I had bought a 2004 Honda Civic from Morty back a few months ago but did not have the time to put in my review. So now I would like to mention how much the dealerships help was appreciated. It was in the middle of December and I needed a vehicle that was gonna get me through the snow. I only had $1000 max to spend in cash. He texted me back in forth on Facebook where my posting of being in need of a car was, in a professional manner and was up front so I didnt waste my trip from Brockton to norwood. When I got there the car was BEYOND decent for so little money I had to spend. When I got the car home and had my uncle check it over the only issues there were with it was the ones that morty mentioned in texts. And the best part is I did not get screwed like I would have WITH buying private because the dealer provide title and paperwork in hand to me. I would def recommend talking w Morty and also man in the office that did paperwork was upfront/laid back!!!!!!! Pretty sure his name was Jerry.

I went into this dealership with the assumption that I was not going to be able to purchase a vehicle, let alone anything decent with my current credit situation, after just being denied a loan at Boch and Clay. I however ran into a gentleman that was able to not only help me find the correct vehicle, however he also assisted me in repairing my credit which was above and beyond what I had expected. I left the dealership in a Mercedes Benz and he kept my payments nearly $100 lower than I was prepared to spend. He is the very best at his job, and I would highly recommend going to this dealership and seeing this guy for any type of purchase. His name is Jerry Cadorette. He is by far the best person to deal with int he auto industry.

I have no idea how this dealership stays in business. When I purchased my vehicle and went to pick it up 5 days later, they had not tightened my lug nuts, so my tires nearly came off on the ride home. I ended up trading my vehicle in at a different dealership. I went to Bezema to get a refund on my Gap insurance. They handed me the paperwork and had me send it in myself, not a problem. The gap insurance comp can only refund the money to the dealership who then needs to refund me. This money was sent to Bezema on April 15. I have called, emailed and stopped in and cant get anyone to call me back or refund my money. After 2 months of trying I have no choice but to contact my lawyer. Go anywhere but to this dealership.

I was about to sell my Audi 2016 coupe back to the dealer and then Vincent called and told me that my car worth way more and its unfair to give it back to the dealer at this price! (39,000) He assured me that he is confident that he will sell it at $44995. I trusted him , I dropped the car and paid him the $1000 for what he call "marketing expenses" 2 months later he called offering me a way lower price than even what I get originally from the dealer! (34,000)! Bezema motors over promise and never deliver in my case, they love to keep fancy cars in their show room to impress buyers! I lost my $1000, they didnt seIl my car , I lost the dealer deal, I lost two months waiting! I got back my car. Dont pay them upfront

Beyond infuriated. My fiance and I bought a "new to us" used car from here this past week. They wrote up the bill of sale for significantly lower than what we paid. The car will not pass inspection (safety AND emissions) and they told us wed have to pay them to fix it! When we told them we were informed they were responsible for these repairs they told my fiance to "look at the top number on the bill of sale" and now denies we paid what we paid for the car! We 3 children (one being a new baby) and really needed a bigger car. Now we dont have the car and we are out a lot of money. I will be making a report with the BBB and calling the Attorney General to file a complaint as well. This is despicable.

I went into this dealership to for a SUV as I no longer needed my truck. I was assisted by a sales girl (Lindsey) that was super friendly, patient and super helpful, without being pushy at all. After we selected the the right suv the manager (Jerry) was just as helpful and worked out the entire deal better than I had even anticipated. I left with the vehicle in less than an hour from when I decided that this was the one. This is a class act operation. Between Lindsey and Jerry really making the process so smooth, I will never go anywhere else. I strongly encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to go see Lindsey and Jerry.
