This was my first experience with Land Rover of Norwood. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for me - LR4. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 45 minutes away. I called the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with James, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said Id like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. Itll be up front and ready for you when you get here." Then I was introduced to Sonny Singh. He is outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been my buddy for years. And trust me, Im a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Sonny went above and beyond when I had questions about car-fax info... He was able to locate original service records from service, of which detail could not be matched... Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless. I recommend Sonny to everyone.

After lots of extremely helpful and very responsive emailing with Eddie, one of the managers, I decided to get my next vehicle from this great dealership. I picked her up this weekend. Eddie was superb in how quick and transparent he was with his replies to me (which were many!) in all aspects, including pricing. I am extremely happy to have connected with him over so, so many others in this industry who fall way short in product knowledge, transparency, and responsiveness. Dan Averbukh was my salesperson and he had a fantastic attitude and along with the rest of the team stayed extra late that evening just for me, to do the deal and continue to answer any questions, including taking me for a final test drive. On vehicle prep, Dan supplied his personal mobile phone number and we stayed in close touch via text messaging so he was sure everything was customized for what I wanted (special requests, timing, and ensuring all things are ready). I highly recommend doing your next LR purchase at this dealership, and as a bonus, they send a specialist to your home/office to go over anything on the vehicle after delivery so youre confident you know all you want about it! What a unique and wonderful service.

I own a business and was set on getting a Range Rover for the reliability, especially in the winter time when its important that I get to my destination safely and on time. I went to Jake Kaplan’s Land Rover Norwood and was greeted by Dan Averbukh. He is truly a professional. He went over options and pricing. There was no hassle or pressure. He was honest, and that means a lot for a buyer. The entire sales process was streamlined. I was updated on the status of the vehicle preparation, and he kept me posted throughout the sales cycle. When I went to pick up my 2016 Range Rover Sport I was amazed at the attention to detail. It’s a new car sure but this car just sparkled. Dan handed me the keys and went over the vehicle inside and out. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. From now on I will only buy from Jake Kaplans and I will recommend everyone I know who is interested in a vehicle to go there and see Dan. Thanks Dan you’re the best!

I had a great experience at Jaguar Land Rover Norwood. In shopping for a new car I visited multiple dealers and test drove multiple brands. Truth be told, I had my heart set on a Range Rover Sport, but I did not have a great sales experience at a different Land Rover dealer. Since I didnt want to let a bad sales experience keep me from getting the car I really wanted, I did a Google search for dealers in my state and came upon the Norwood dealership. I could not be happier with my experience here, particularly with my sales guide Renee Acciardo. She was terrific and really listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. She answered all of my questions and then went on to suggest I consider a special edition vehicle that I had not known about. Ive been driving my new Range Rover Sport for a month now and I LOVE IT! I am so glad that I found Jaguar Land Rover Norwood, and Renee. I highly recommend both if you are looking for a car.

Said the repairs they needed to do on their broken land rover would be part of my negotiation - I asked 8500. they offered 7500 and said technically they are giving me 8500 because it will cost over 1000 to fix the broken trunk latch, broken fog lights and broken bumper because of 2 accidents it has had. All those repairs should be obvious that they need to fix. The trunk wouldnt even close on the test drive - was never even inspected before letting customers behind the wheel of a car they have no idea if it is even safe to drive. Sitting in the parking lot it even got hit by one of their customers and they still wouldnt budge on 7500.. spent all day there for nothing. They started on my 2008 Mercedes with an offer of 4000.... insulting and lowest offer of 5 dealerships I had been to.

Land Rover of Norwood should be glad to have a salesperson such as Barry Baptiste. He has the expertise, drive, and dedication that makes the buying experience absolutely effortless. I have recently purchased my THIRD vehicle under Barry Baptistes guidance at LandRover of Norwood. His is an OUTSTANDING salesperson. His dedication and follow-up with his clients is SUPERB! What I like the most about Barry is that once a client purchases a vehicle from him, the relationship BEGINS. He informs clients about pertinent vehicle information, new fleet/vehicles that arrive, and he always has well wishes for birthdays/anniversarys. Its the small things that keep me going back to Barry Baptiste at LandRover of Norwood because customer care such as his is very rare to find these days.

As owners of an Evoke and already have experience from our nearby Land Rover dealer, we received very poor service. I would not buy from them even if we did live nearby. We called ahead and explained we were driving from out of state which is 16 hours to look at a car and they failed to inform us 1. That Massachusetts doesnt have temporary tags or 2. That we wouldnt even be able to drive the car home that day due to the need of registration papers to be processed. We let them know we had a trade in we were bringing, therefore how would we have even been able to drive home if we didnt get the new car immediately. We were in the dealership for an hour and were very rushed with no ability to free roam or make our own decisions. Very poor quality service overall.

Within the past 10 months I`ve purchased 2 Range Rover Evoques (Dynamic for myself, Prestige for my wife ) from Land Rover of Norwood ....In large part due to the complete and through product knowledge ,attention to detail and the unrelenting willingness to follow up and follow through by sales executive Zhubin ( Z ) Shobeiri.Having had a recent most horrific sales experience with a North Shore Land Rover dealership, I can write with confidence and certainty..Land Rover of Norwood is the one dealership worth your time and money.Good people,terrific inventory and best pricing of the 7 NE Land Rover dealerships I shopped. Keep up the good work Land Rover of Norwood ( and especially you Z ). I`ll be back!
