I had some trouble with a car I had purchased for my daughter from Roberti Automotive. I was worried sick about the car, my daughters safety and how I was going to fix something I have no clue about. Mr. Roberti found out about my troubles and he initiated a phone call to me. I was surprised, but also still a little in disbelief that anything really positive was going to come from it, but still I really appreciated his effort. As we talked, he really started to set out a plan to work with me and make things right. Its few and far between that you can find such integrity from a business person. In the end I am relieved that my daughters car is fixed, she will be safe driving it and my experience was much better then I expected. I highly recommend Roberti Automotive and plan to do business again with them in the future.
