I thought finding a Manual 2003 V6 Tiburon at an affordable price was an amazing blessing....wrong! Before purchasing the car, I was guaranteed the clutch was new! But within DAYS of driving, I noticed the rpms constantly sticking at 3000-3500 after shifting. I thought I found a reliable dealer and was assured I could always go to them for help if anything seems off. I was mistaken and quickly found I would receive no assistance or rectification. My concerns were constantly blown off by the incredibly rude receptionist and to make matters worse, after I had my car inspected by several mechanics who confirmed the clutch was not new, I was still told by Best Choice the clutch was new and that nothing would be done. Paying out of pocket over $1000 for a new clutch wasnt the worst part. Dealing with dismal customer service was! I would highly recommend abstaining from experiencing what I did! Today was the last straw when my car was towed home after I left it with Best Choice for more problem analysis. WHY? I was it told it wouldnt go in to gear....but as soon as I got home from work I drove it to the store.... and still have no resolution. Not only did the receptionist tell me I could not speak to the owners, but also told me I couldnt talk to them tomorrow, and no response for when I could. After complaining of my terrible experience with the company, and being sold a car with a useless clutch, the receptionist told me I was rude and hung up on me. My advice is to avoid at all cost!

Robert the car salesman has no skills (he sucks) when it comes to selling a car whatsoever. Hes a liar, shady, and non-informative. I went in for a car (2002 Passat GLS) and though I have very little knowledge of VWs, I was amazed at how much more I knew about them than he did. I basically sold the car to myself because of the price and the low-mileage. All he did was provide a car-fax report (suprisingly). When I looked at the car, Ill admit I rushed it a little bit. It was very clean, it ran well but however, I didnt over-analyze it as I should. I bought the car and when I took it home, there was no spare rim and tire and when I informed him about this, he offered to get me a rim... out of another car for sale on his lot... he also told me there were heated seats... there simply were not any heated seats. I recently took the engine to get serviced in the event that I got screwed in that department too. Luckily, I have one of the best VW garages by me (Hodis) and he said everything was good with the engine... however, the brakes and rotors needed replacing. So basically, make sure you know what you want if you go here because Robert wont give you much help. Also, check that EVERYTHING is as advertised and make sure the brakes and tires are ok. My car runs great but like I said, no spare, lied about heated seats, and already had to change rotors at less then 2000 miles of owning it. You would better suit yourself going elsewhere though. Just my opinion

I am a single mother of two and was recently in desperate need of a new vehicle to fit my children comfortably ! I did not hesitate to purchase my second vehicle from Best Choice Auto Sales because their staff was absolutely fantastic during my first purchase. If you are looking to feel comfortable about a car purchase I highly suggest you go to Best Choice Auto Sales to buy a car. I bought my first vehicle from them in 2007 and they took it back as a trade in and put me into a much newer and larger vehicle. They work with several different banks and did whatever was possible to put me in a bank with the lowest monthly payment. One young woman around 18/19 years old and an older man worked together on my purchase. The owners of the dealership spoke with me and helped me out throughout my purchase as well. The dealership was properly run and was most definitely family owned. I am from New York and had to travel a great amount of time to Best Choice Auto Sales but it was worth every second of it. If you are looking for GREAT customer service do not go any further. I highly recommend Best Choice Auto Sales .....

Dont believe the fake positive shill reviews below! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE I bought what appeared to be a good used vehicle and it broke down TWICE in the first 3 hours of me driving it. The first time I managed to put a hold on payment, so they were forced to pay for the repair and give me a warranty, but the second time it was a major problem and the warranty only covered a part of it. Up to that point I had not even driven the vehicle for a full day! They will pretend to be nice to you before they take your money, but afterwards you will have to face the "bad cop" owner Dave who will stonewall you, insult you and try to shut you down. Instead of solving the problem and taking care of their customers, they will do their best to disavow any responsibility. In the end, I had to pay hundreds of dollars on top of the warranty to fix the car and it is in such condition that if I tried to sell it, I would be out thousands of dollars on top. AVOID! Learn from my mistakes!

I purchased a car from here, a 2003 hyundai tiburon worst car i have ever purchased. Noticed after signing the papers and getting home that the sunroof had issues. Not to mention the glove compartment was broken simply had no handle to open it! nOT TO MENTION WHEN I WENT TO GET GAS ON THE WAY HOME BECAUSE IT WAS EMPTY THE CAR WOULDNT TURN BACK ON!!! ended up having to get a new battery which of course they didnt cover. Car never passed inspection and still havent been able to get it to do so, they do nothing about any of the problems warranty or not they turn you away! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE all they sell are lemons!!!!

Do not go here!!!!! Been less then three months and my car is not drivable. Been to the mechanic 8 times. They bounce u around to different mechanics till ur face warrenty is up. Told me if I didnt want the car I can return it, which was a lie. I am now in the process of going through a lawyer. This the short story! Then after telling them u have a lawyer the guy Lou goes to the mechanic tells them I do have a warrenty but covers nothing?! Cover nothing sounds like a fake warrenty. Well the fake papers they had me sign about having a warranty , call them up .... They have no record of me.DO NOT GO HERE

Dont walk, but ****RUN FROM THIS PLACE****. Listen to the negative reviews below, please! I wish I got the guys name, but the man who helped me was the stereotypical shady car salesman. Once I started the car up, I immediately heard a loud screeching noise from the car, (which of course was not listed). When I informed him that it was a fan belt problem, he immediately said "yeah, its a used car", (his excuse for everything). I left, and you should too! Did not want to drop in price when I have to fix things!
