I recently purchased a pre-owned Buick Enclave from this dealership. I wasnt really looking hard for a new car, however I saw this online and just had to take a look. This is my fourth car purchase in my life but I have to say this was a good and accommodating experience. I met a salesperson named Dave B. and we took a test drive, during the test drive he explained all that the car had to offer and was nice & professional to deal with. I came with my own financing and a trade in. Now as per the trade-in personnel (PJ), he was a bit of a stickler, as my vehicle had some paint off bumpers, but we came to a fair agreement. I had to go back several times due to having my own financing and needing to get a check cut directly to them, (as they do NOT take DRAFT checks w/o dealership name on it) but David was very patient. We kept in communication until I was able to return with all the documents and the end result was I left with the vehicle I wanted! The business manager was very professional, and I appreciated that as there has only been one other place I bought a car from that was the same. I would recommend buying a car from here, as the experience was a good one. (As with ANY CAR purchase U the customer MUST Do RESEARCH beforehand). When I came to pick-up the vehicle up, it was out front freshly cleaned, and a FULL tank of gas. There prices as they say (several times) is competitive, and they are a tough when it comes to price haggling but after some research I found the vehicle I wanted was within KBB, Edmunds, standards. Finally if theyre are ANY issues with the vehicle best believe I will return! But so far I think I made a good choice!!

After my experience at Wigder Chevrolet…I must say there are signs that some sales associates may practice racial profiling. I visited Wigder’s on 6/22/13 after speaking with an internet associate named Danielle I confirmed I would be in that afternoon to look over some vehicles. That was the extent of my cordial treatment. I was introduced to a sales associate named Gwen, we sat down and had the traditional small talk..whereas I expressed my preferred vehicles. This being my 3rd dealer that day I was more inclined to speed up the process so I started talking finances before seeing my selections ( big mistake)..I explained that I had financial missteps and I knew my approximate credit score and knew it was little low 620-650. That’s when I was told by Gwen that they wouldn’t have anything in my “price range” and she didn’t want to waste my time. Waste my time? I responded no you mean waste” Your” time since her job is based on commission. I have never felt so blatantly disrespected, mind you during our small talk I conveyed I had alternative financing ( my credit union approved loan and my current auto financier ) and I was just shopping for a lower APR . The fact that I was refused service leads me to believe that Gwen was under the impression that this “poor minority” would keep her from attending to a more promising customer. The owners and management staff should convey to their associates what constitutes discriminatory practices. P.S. since i wasnt allowed to see any of their inventory I cant comment on the Quality of their vehicles or the Appeal of the facility since I only got to see an associates desk

what a bad experience, my daughter had gone in with her car for a oil change only to be told by a tech johnny that her back brakes needed change. understandable but there was no noise or grinding to be heard..also being purchased brand new then at the 50k mark the back brakes needed replacing..but the fronts were fine! Why did the backs go before the fronts, the answer from a professional was sometimes they do that...if the engine is in the front where all the weight is why did the back go sooner, common sense is front is 75% braking...then find out that they wont take the coupon they offered because the brake pads are organic but the coupon is only for ceramic!! NEWS FLASH WIGDER it doesnt specify ceramic or any other brake pad composite!! Your fault, how am I suppose to know the dura pads are only ceramic!!! Then I am told the rotors need resurfacing so I asked how much, I was told $190 for resurfacing, Wow that is 100% mark up as to brand new rotors...new rotor for the best was $90 for both brand new.. also listen people brake pads really cost 20 bucks, if you want organic little better quality and less noise $35 for both wheels!!!! I am floored at the servicing there, if I knew they were going to charge me $400 for resurfacing and brake pads and it probably didnt need it now since there was no indication of brake problems I would of done myself with a ratchet and C clamp...and they didnt take the coupon even when they made the mistake with not specifying ceramic on the coupon or the discription...Thiefs...

I initially brought my truck in for what I thought would be a routine repair since most of the damage was cosmetic. When I picked up the truck it was raining and the truck was parked outside so I was only able to look at it very quickly and drove off. When I had an opportunity to look at it the next day I noticed that there were areas of damage from the accident that were not touched at all, as well as areas that were painted over without being sanded or filled. I immediately contacted the shop regarding the oversights and sent digital images. I then made arrangements a full week ahead to bring the truck back and have the issues resolved . I was assured there would be a loaner car for me at the time of drop off. However, when I arrived at the agreed upon day and time there was no loaner car and I was nonchalantly told I should come back Wednesday. Overall the quality of the work is shoddy and the total disregard for my time is appalling. I have already spent a good deal of time and effort trying to have the damage to my vehicle repaired from an accident that I was in no way responsible for. I certainly am not about to spend any more time making fruitless trips to Wigder Chevrolet to be turned away or having work half done or done in a substandard fashion. I have made numerous calls and sent e-mails to the body shop manager, service manager and even the owner to no avail. I will never do business with Wigder Chevrolet again.

We visited this dealer on a Friday evening after visiting (and leaving) a more local dealership - and we were NOT happy walking in and assumed the same experience would be extended by this staff (after all arent all car salesmen the same? WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE !!! I am a repeat chevy leasor and I have become accustomed to being treated like a base - lease client and have always assumed that my sales staff wasnt making any money from my transaction so have accepted sub-par service. NOT HAROLD and NOT THE FOLKS at wigder. We walked in frustrated and knowing that the dealership would be closing it was a Friday night and we were late. This crew put me in a car with a payment that surpassed my expectations I didnt think I could afford what they gave me. This crew stayed will after closing and patiently processed my closing papers. They called the next day to ensure I was happy with the process. They even helped me out with a complimentary service call a week into the process. I cannot say enough about these guys. I will travel out of my way to do business with this group every time! Harold was just a great guy and steered me to the right choice. I am very happy with my selection -- Thanks Wigder and Harold for being real pros.
