I traded my truck for a used SUV from them with salesman Victor. It had so many problems they said they would have to find me another one after going back and forth for like a month they went to auction and got my truck back. Told me I had to take it. It had parts stolen and broken. I called the cops to get the keys back for the SUV that I had the bill of sale for and the cop who was their friend said he wouldnt help. The DMV in Albany said they had to but they refused. I had also found out that the sold the SUV to me illegally. They never had the title. Albany DMV said that was illegal and asked me to send the report in. Im waiting to here back. Worst of all how the men who worked there surrounded me in a very bullying loud manner that was intimidating to say the least. I ended up calling a friend of mine to come down who was a guy because I didnt feel comfortable there anymore. I honestly cannot tell you how about of experience this was and how they treated me was like I was a criminal while they were doing everything wrong. My friend talked to them and told me to take the truck back and they were supposed to pay for paint and for the parts that were missing. They fix the broken tailgate but wouldnt touch anything else. It still isnt right the alignment is completely messed up, it sounds like s*** and keeps having trouble starting out of nowhere now. When I give it to them it was in really good shape. When I came to bring the receipt for the parts, on the day he told me to come meet him, he wasnt there. They told me that thats his day off. I told the only person who would speak with me that I was told to come in to pick up the extra keys that they had that were mine and to drop off the receipts. So can I talk to a manager and they told me no. I still have the receipt and now have to go through Albany to get my money back apparently even though I have a signed form saying that they would have paid for it. Ive left the guy several messages with no return phone call and when I could meet him again so it is obvious that Im being avoided. All I can say is avoid this place like the plague never once been treated like this at any kind of establishment that Ive ever been in. I dont know how they keep their doors open treating people the way they do judging by the rest of the people who left reviews. Now on Im sticking to Middletown Honda and nowhere else they always treated me with a hundred percent respect. And their customer service area is phenomenal 100% recommend them.

The worst service Ive experienced to date. Highly illogical in their approach. Waited 3-4 hours for AC repair. Informed the person I met with that the system was redline pressure generally indicating a system malfunction vs. a required refrigerant recharge. After the 4 hours, was told they needed to order the AC compressor, something in my mind should have been anticipated at the beginning of service or generally be in stock for a 2014 Ford vehicle. Further, the next date I attempted to schedule service, I was told that "the technician" who was supposed to work on my car that day called out so Id need to reschedule (as if there is only one technician certified to work on AC compressor in the entire place). What a joke. This service station is as much about making money for the dealership as it is fixing peoples vehicles with warranties on them. I requested a rental car as a solution and to leave the vehicle today, was told by Lincoln that there is an issue and they have no rental cars (despite approximately 200+ vehicles sitting outside on the lot). Will seek service elsewhere going forward.

Very Bad business, they blew up my phone to come in to apply for a car, when they first called i explained to them my situation with credit issues, they say no problem we will help you out,so i rushed from work taking time off to go there, i get there i bring everything i had and my fiance co signed, they tell me i was approved for a ford focus with 0 down and for me to gets some quotes for insurance, so now i was very excited i got rid of a car i was using just for work and weeks go by, i hear nothing, so today i call them cuz now im losing work and i asked them whats the status on the ford is it ready and then they tell me ohh you have to put money down. WELLLLL why couldnt they tell me that the day i was there why do i have to call 3 to 4 weeks later to find out. Very bad business, im defn NOT gonna recommend anyone to deal with theses people.and they cant even come up and try to work something out with their mess up. instead the sales man assistant says ohh ill email him to get back to you. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Im not the type of guy to buy a new vehicle every few years. So when I buy something, its a long term investment for me. My choice of dealership was heavily based on finding a salesperson that would honestly help me find what I needed. Numerous friends of mine had recommended meeting with Elijah Torres at Healey so that was my first (and ONLY) stop. Elijah worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for, and got me a fair market price. He handled the entire process from start to finish without me having to push things along. It was, in all regards, a pleasant, quick, and efficient purchase! If you visit Healey, be sure to ask for Elijah - hes an honest guy whos going to do his best to make you happy. Im totally satisfied with my purchase and will definitely use Healey for future service and purchases!

i just leased a car from Healy. The salesman I dealt with was terrific. I test drove several vehicles. He was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. Never did I feel pressured in any way. He helped me to decide whether it would be more beneficial to purchase or lease. When it looked as though the price was going to exceed what I was comfortable paying, I was very disappointed. However, when I indicated what I was willing to pay, after a couple of trips back and forth to the sales manager, we were able to agree on a much better offer. The finance gentleman was fast, pleasant and also offered the service plans without any pressure. I am extremely satisfied with the experience I had and am very much looking forward to picking up my new car tomorrow morning. THANK YOU UNO!!!

I havent been having good experience With buying cars from healy brothers ford In Goshen. And im on my last one from there. Less than one year ago i bought a 2011 Mustang, a beautiful car. But not long after i bought it i started haveing throttle body problems. They also sold me a bogus extended warranty that doesnt cover anything. They try to suck you in, to get you pay out of pocket for the expensive things that go wrong with there used cars. My car has been leaveing me on the side of the road, And so now i have to fix it myself. Good thing im a mechanic ill save some money by doing it myself. So buyers beware. Dont buy extended warranty portfolio from them they dont and wont help you fix your car if it breaks. Im done.
