I am a AAA member, AAA dispatches the closest available service provider so unfortunately I dont get a choice of using city wide living in Atlantic City. I recently placed a call for roadside assistance, specifically a tow to a non AAA service station. The company dispatched was city wide towing located in Atlantic City. AAA gave ETA of 40 minutes. The driver called me 20 minutes later stating he would be on location with in 10 minutes. Did not arrive for 30 minutes. AAA offers live time tracking, unfortunately there is no quality assurance system in place to give a checks and balances of service providers, meaning the driver was able to mark himself on location when in fact he was more than 10 minutes away. Which makes it look to AAA that he was within his 40 minute alotted response window, so the companys contract does not suffer. I have used AAA in my number of years as a member 7 to be exact, ONLY ever having an issue with city wide. In late June/ early July of 2016 my vehicle battery died and I requested road side assistance to jump start it. The tech that city wide sent to me stated that he had run a test on the battery, the battery failed meaning he could not jump it, he would have to replace the battery for "FEE"! When I refused and stated I would remove the battery myself to walk to autozone where the battery was warrentied the tech SUDDENLY had an epiphany that the battery was just fine and could in fact be jump started. City wide is unreliable and makes attempts to con good AAA customers. AAA should reconsider your contract with city wide. Anyone who uses city wide on their own free will, good luck getting swindled out of your hard earned money!

This company lied to me and wasted my time the dispatcher sounded drunk. When we first called they told us that the driver would be out in an half an hr. And they would call when they got there. Well we waited then called back after not getting the call they promised us the driver would do when he got out to us. I called the dispatcher again and was told that the driver would be out in an half an hr. And again we got no call. I was lied to 2 more times after this. This is a horrible way to treat your customers I own a transportation company and lying to your customers is horrible In a persons time of need. I would never use this company or recommend them to anyone. I tried to call and complain about the situation and it seems like the guy is worried about why I want to talk to the owner he told me she is out on the road. DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! ZERO STARS

This is the worst towing company in the world they overcharge there not a big help I was visiting altantic city coming from new york I pulled over because had a error on the screen so I figure I will just pull over shut cut off then turn the car back on to reset the car but the car did not start and it seem as it was a battery problem so i look up a few towing companys and came across this towing company and explained to them everything they gave me attitude and was very rude I just ask to get a jump on my car 65$ smh

If I could give zero stars I would! What a shame it is that this company is allowed to bully the guests of the Brigantine Beach Club. Towing a car that was left without its parking permit for 8 minutes while the guest was checking out and returning their parking permit, after your employees watched the guests pack up their vehicle getting it ready to leave!!!

Was just informed by my daughter that she was charged 100.00 cash only!! for them not to to tow her car while she was standing there... its a shame that they can take advantage of young Stockton students this way. !!!! This is not a way to run a business!! Ill will not be surprised that theyll be out of business soon !!!! Karma!!

We broke down and called. The over night driver was great. He was there in 10 minutes and was as pleasant as could be. Best towing experiment ever. Thanks for your help.

Tried to tow me in a lot for parking to get a drink. His reason was "I could tell you didnt belong there". If you ever see this company near your car call the police
