I had a terrible experience at Candor. Upon purchase it was agreed they would fix this shake the car had and he "knew what the problem was". In text conversations he agreed to change all spark plugs and coil packs. My partner and I unfortunately knew better than to trust anyone so we marked the coil packs. When it came time to pick the vehicle up he said only 2 coil packs were bad and they were the only ones that needed to be replaced. It wasnt what we agreed in but even still, upon inspection of the vehicle we noticed ALL of the coil packs had our mark on it meaning NONE were done. We went inside and told him and his first instinct was to chuckle at the fact we marked them rather than be be angry at his mechanic who supposedly told him he did two. When we went back he said he as suspicious of this guy for a while and they would have a talk on Monday... Okay doesnt help ME, so my partner just purchased the plugs and packs himself and did it. He only agreed to give us half (which was "against his better judgment") the cost of the packs(he told us he gets them for 58, we got them for 59, so it isnt like we paid much more) and not to mention my partner had to put in all that labor since he didnt want to do anything about it. On top of that within the next 2 days we had to replace the blower motor ourselves! We payed a decent price for the car IF IT WAS in perfect working condition which we were supposed to be getting , but after money and work we put into it we were better off getting a cheap 1-2,000$ car and would have been better off, even if we ended up putting a grand or two into it. I would NOT suggest anyone to go to this place!

Bought a van from them, they said it came with a 90 day warranty. On the way home the check service light came on indicating misfire. After $3,000 in repair bills from several shops trying to fix the problem, turns out it had engine sludge and a problem in the valve train and Chevy said I needed a new engine. These guys rejected all my claims for the warranty saying it wasnt covered and when I finally found out it was the engine they said my warranty was only for 30 days. Reporting them to NJ Dealer Board and considering litigation.

It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Car buying made quick, easy and definitely fun! The employees here including the owner and finance manager were extremely helpful and generous with their time making this transaction a smooth and happy one! Im extremely happy with the deal and it was dealt. They were more than fair with my trade. Definitely would recommend anyone purchasing here. These guys are honest and generous!

this place is a lying and deceiving. sold me a totaled truck. frame was damaged and covered up so me and by buddy who is a mechanic where not able to see it. fuel pump and wiring "replaced". I was charged for work that was never done and has cost me more money in the long run. I will never go back suggest, and when someone asks about them i will tell them is making a deal with the devil.

Horrible customer service once they get your money. Purchase an Altima nothing but problems. They actually had the car longer than us doing repairs not to mention the dry rotted ties that was not viable until it was on a lift . Stay away........
