I went to buy a used car. We were greeted by a person who said he was the sales manager and also out sales person. I remarked to the salesperson that the price was high. He indicated he was willing to "Work with me on the price". After the test drive I made an offer on the car. The sales person said "I cant do it for that" I asked him what would be the best you could do. He left saying he would come back with the best price. He came back and said he had called the owner and he was not going to drop the price anything and we would have to pay the full sticker price. I dont have a problem with a no negotiation sticker but to promise me to drop the price and then renege on his word is a big no no. We then asked to speak to the Owner to express out dissatisfaction with being lied to. He said he wasnt available. We asked for the owner to call us and he said he would call. Again we were lied to and the owner never called. I drive for a living and have been to many car dealerships but this sets a new low for lack the minimum decency. BUYERS BE WARE!

Service here has gone down tremendously. Ive been going here for years and keep putting my faith in them only to be let down again and again. Brought my only car in early morning bc of overheating and smoking. I left it there so I can go to work. Im a father of 2 children and we rely on our car. Front desk person "Greg" I believe was VERY rude to me. Acting as if I didnt need my car anymore, claiming it needed a part they didnt have. I asked for a rental and he claimed they were all gone?? What am I to do??? Had to call enterprise and spend 250 for a rental. 3 days later I got my car back and a 350 bill. I can honestly say that I will NOT be doing business with them ever again and certainly dont recommend anyone there.

My car battery died while visiting Manchester. After two failed boost attempts i decided to bite the bullet and head to the nearest garage (Hand Motors). Expecting to have to shell out hundreds of dollars for a diagnosis/solution i was so impressed when the tech not only drove me back to my car in his own vehicle, but then refused any kind of payment after boosting my car. Everyone i dealt with from Hand Motors were sympathetic, understanding and helpful in this stranded canucks time of need. Top notch staff, dont know what i would have done without them.

I took a vehicle in to find a problem with the headlights coming on whether the van was running or not. I expected a huge bill as I know tracing down electrical shorts can be very labor intensive and difficult to find. The pros at Langway found the short in short order! The cost was unbelievable reasonable. Here was a situation that could have been costly and or the dealership could have taken advantage and they did not. Great experience, if there were more than 5 stars they would have gotten all of em.

I cant say enough about how wonderful my experiences have been with Langway Chevorlet Volkswagon. Ive purchased my last 4 vehicles from here, and each time the owner Jim Langway went out his was to make sure my experience was easy and stress free. I also cant say enough about the service department when I take my vehicles in for their oil change. The service represenatives are professional and explain exactly what is going to happen and what the cost if any will be.

I had a fantastic experience at Langway of Manchester. Yesterday, I purchased a new 2017 Chevrolet Equinox and the whole staff was very kind and helpful. They took the time to sit down and explain everything to myself and my dad. I appreciated that even though I am young they talked with me not just him, thats key for me! Was shopping for a new car and totally done with the high pressure tactics some dealers use. My sales person, Paul, was knowledgeable, soft spoken and very accommodating with a couple requests I had. Making the deal was painless but closing the sale (cash sale) took way to long as we had to wait before we even could start signing papers

Purchased a 2012 Silverado...it was a great experience! The price was right, the saleperson was professional, overall the experience was really good. I would recommend Hand Motors to anyone. Ive had my other vehicle serviced there as well, very professional and fair prices. I am glad to have them as my local dealer.

I had to have my car towed there and they "fixed" the problem. Havent even had the car back 24 hours ( got it back on Friday with all my taxes) and ALL THE LIGHTS CAME BACK ON AND IT WONT START AGAIN!!! Need to call again and see if they can fix it without charging me again!!!

We did a thorough search online for a used late model car with low mileage. Langway consistently had the best prices, so we drove down from Burlington. Brad was very easy to deal with, very accommodating, and knew what he was doing. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Come to Langway for annual car inspections. Service is polite, quick, and reasonably priced. Comfortable waiting room area with free coffee. Complimentary car wash leaves me good to go in under an hour.
