I had an absolutely amazing experience at Queen Anne Flowers. I wanted to thank someone for a kindness and decided a small bouquet would be nice. I told the lady at the counter (I believe she is the owner) that I wanted something really small. She asked my price range, we agreed on $20-25 and then I considered it again and requested we keep it down to $20. I wasnt expecting much but she came back with a beautiful, colorful arrangement. I was very pleased and she wrapped it up beautifully. I then realized the recipient may not be able to put the bouquet in water for a few hours. She opened it back up, put water tubes on the roses, soaked a few paper towels which she wrapped around the bottom, and then again wrapped it up beautifully. She went to such trouble for a $20 sale, and I was so impressed with such amazing customer service. I highly recommend this shop.

We can’t say enough great things about Queen Anne Flowers. Anne did an exceptional job with our wedding! From the moment we met with Anne and Mary Ann, we knew that it was going to be a great partnership. We had a simple, clean modern vision and Queen Anne was able to turn it into reality. Anne was sweet, accommodating and gave us sample after sample (even on a short’s notice). She has an amazing eye for detail and it showed all the way down to our grandfather’s boutonniere. We received numerous compliments on our flowers from our guests. Days before the event, we had to add tables and make a few changes and Anne had no problem accommodating our requests. After searching the Internet, I selected Queen Anne Flowers, Inc. and placed the order by phone. The thoughtful and courteous salesperson got all of my requirements right and Queen Anne delivered a beautiful arrangement (according to the recipient) on time and at a reasonable price. I was extremely pleased with the service and would definitely utilize them in the future. It should be noted that the Recipient told me that they will consider utilizing their services as well because of the quality of the floral arrangement they received.

Ive worked with this Ann before as she has sent many floral arrangements to my friends and family to both homes and hospitals. Each time her work has been well priced and exceptionally creative. We just used Queen Anne Florist to do the floral arrangements at my daughters bridal shower which was at a restaurant in Woodbury. The arrangement she designed was both elegant and tasteful. Anne even made a sample arrangement for us the week before to show us the quality and color of the roses she was planning on using. It is now ten days after the party and the flowers are still alive!!! Do not hesitate to work with Anne.

An all-round terrific phone experience and product from Queen Anne Flowers! I called them for the first time ever to send flowers to a family member who lives on L.I., and I was fortunate to have had the designer, Suzanne, answer the phone. Suzanne was lovely, professional and gracious, and understood immediately what I was looking for. She designed a gorgeous arrangement and ensured that the message was correct and the delivery on time. My cousin loved her flowers and sent the photo below- I love them, too! Thank you, Suzanne for providing such a beautiful "Get Well" surprise to someone recovering from surgery.

I called Anne early morning while she was still picking up flowers for the day. My best friend passed away unexpectedly and Anne talked me thru my options for a Jewish funeral (Im not Jewish and only wanted the best for my friends family) Anne had the flowers there in less than 3 hours! The arrangement and flowers were awesome! And the family told me so later at the shiva. I used google and read the reviews before I selected this florist. Google found several florists but I went with Anne based on the reviews. I was not disappointed. Thank you Anne.

My mum called Queen Anne Flowers all the way from Australia to organise some flowers to be delivered to her daughter, who was in NY for her birthday. Anne was very kind and helpful, and on the day of delivery she sent a confirmation e-mail with a picture of the arranged flowers, and they were the freshest, most beautiful ones ever.
