DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST. An order was placed to be delivered on Valentines Day, because, yknow...Valentines Day. Creative Flowers and Douchebags, Inc. took it upon themselves to deliver the flowers a day early, and then when we asked why this was the case, told us we were "one of the lucky ones" Upon further questioning about why the date was not respected as it was placed in the order, we were met with nasty employees one after the other, whos solutions included "now your boyfriend can get you in the mood an extra night" and other similar (disgusting/sexist/vulgar) comments, before eventually telling me they will not give me a refund but "well come pick the flowers back up if you dont want them." They later explained that due to volume, they would not be able to deliver all the orders that were placed for Valentines Day. When I inquired why they continued taking orders that could not be filled, I was met with more nasty, intrusive, facetious comments, not to mention comments regarding my career as a paralegal and threats to "call my boss."

I got 5 bouquets and 20 center pieces from Raj at Creative Flowers N Decor for my wedding. While I was extremely satisfied with the product, the service was lacking in some respects. There was no formal order form, and each time I went into the shop to do something with my order, the owner had no record of how much money I had paid, how much money I owed, or what I even ordered. I had to repeat all of the facts each time I went in. Although I did not care so much the day of, the 2 corsages I ordered and paid for were not delivered. On the positive side, my flowers were delivered to the venue on-time, and everything was beautiful. The flowers are also good quality because I still them (although they are dry), and they look great.

My husband ordered roses for me for valentines day. The roses were delivered on time and they were very fresh and beautiful. My husband said that the staff was very nice and friendly.
