I was spoken to like an animal by a man who I later learned was the OWNER! I decided never to do business with this store again. Prior to this incident Id visited another local Edible Arrangements location and expected the same professional courteous service.I was shocked and disgusted. Something should be done about that store!

Arrangement of one dozen chocolate covered strawberries developed mold less than 24 hours after pickup. Called the next day and the office said their arrangements are only guaranteed for 24 hours. No offer for reimbursement or a replacement order. Terrible service and very unfriendly. Avoid this place at all cost.

They make beautiful arrangements of artfully sculpted fruit nestled in baskets, vases etc. I love consumable gifts. Sad but true...this is the best sympathy gift idea (IMO).
