After leaving several voice & messenger messages, I decided to wait before posting this to give you an opportunity to respond. However, looking at others post, I see you have no intention of responding. Your delivery guy did not make it to my girlfriends office at the agreed time of 12:30, even though I placed this order on Feb 7th. He did, however, make a home delivery attempt (which would have helped) but he delivered the wrong order (incorrect card and box) and the flowers looked subpar. Your company was highly recommended, but I must say the service does not live up to your reputation. My girlfriend has mentioned your business on numerous occasions. I personally didnt think it was worth the cost, but if it makes my girl happy, the cost is not a factor. I must say me and my girlfriend are thoroughly disappointed! The presentation was not as described on your website. There was nothing elegant about the delivery guy (no jacket or gloves and the wrong box was dirty). You pretty much ruined my Valentine day surprise, and I want to know what you are going to do to make it right?

Wish I could give it no stars, just like the other reviewers. I order a small heart shape box with roses for Valentines to be delivered to the Brickell area for the wife. It wasnt cheaper either, I ordered it in January for Valentines so it wasnt a last minute thing. I waited all day for her txt and nothing, I had it schedule from 8:30 to 10:30. By the afternoon and several attempts to call them (phone number is in the FAQ area) without success, I had to call my credit card company. I also emailed them and sent them direct message in Instagram with no reply. Horrible customer service and it seems like they just want to take your money. Im more disappointed than my wife in the flowers but at least now I have some money to make it up to her on the weekend. I will let everyone I know not to order from them. So disappointed in you Royal Roses Miami, picture look fantastic on social media, just wish you could back it up.

I initially had fallen in love with the Royal Rose products from what I had seen from the website and Instagram. After placing an order I not only got an email from Royal Roses but a text message as well. At this point I am extremely happy with the customer service until it was time for delivery. Yes, they delivered on time. However, The Card was hand written in the poorest hand writing I think I have ever seen. The card didnt even have a name on the outside so the family I had sent it to didnt know who it was for until they opened the card. If the hand writing wasnt bad enough it looks like they had made a mistake and tried to fix it instead of writing another card. To make matters worse, the company actually left the container store price tag on the box the roses came in. Thank you container store for your $5.99 box!!!!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! This people are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I ordered roses to be delivered on Valentines Day. They never arrived and they didnt bother to pick up the phone after many calls. They replied to a text message only after I told him I was reporting him to the BBB, which I will do. He said he would be sending a gift after Valentines Day which he never sent. THE WORST VALENTINES EXPERIENCE EVER. Do not do business with this people.

The flowers arrived on time and looked very nice! My wife loved them, and they look just as good as advertised on the website. Could have been better communication as its VERY hard to reach them during the day. Good job, nonetheless! Get more people on those phones to respond to customers in a timely manner and youll do very well. Overall, Id use them again!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I ordered "fresh-cut" flowers for Mothers Day (Almost $200) and when they arrived they looked completely withered/dead with broken petals. They were not fresh at all! Horrendous! I am now doing a claim with my CC company (as what I received did NOT match the description) because this company does not respond to my emails. SCAMMERS.

the flowers were very nice , boxed and arranged beautifully . but one small detail was a shocker. the note i wrote was hand written and on a yellow sticky note, very tacky and unprofessional, even public flowers have a little note tag . in the future you guys need to type and pay attention to the small details.

They are a fraudulent company. I dont do reviews but this place isnt real. Reporting funds as stolen created police report. They arent real. Checked Yelp Facebook and now today more and more reviews popping up about this site being fraudulent.

It was perfect. I ordered the night before and they delivered beautifuly in a heart shaped box perfect roses and sharp on time. Definately reccomend them . I was on the fence based on some reviews but i will certainly order again.

Called And Asked Would I Be Able To Have Some Roses Delivered Same Day And They Were Able To Come Thru For Me And My Friend Loved Them Definitely Will Be Ordering In The Future
