Never have I encountered such a Mickey Mouse operation. I placed an order for a rose arrangement to be delivered to my wife on her birthday(135.00) two days prior to her birthday, I explained to Maria that the order needed to be there by 1:30 pm. When 2pm came about and no flowers, I called her. She said the delivery man was on his way and would be there shortly. I called her back an hour later(still no delivery) and she said that she would call me in 5 minutes. Of course no call. I kept calling the shop and no answer. At 3:30 someone finally picked up my call and said the flowers were delivered to the security guard. They managed to ruin the surprise. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! Id rather pay twice as much and have the flowers delivered by a real florist not this strip mall poor excuse of a shop. What a disappointment!! Typical Hialeah business owned by recent arrival "Balseros" "Rafters" who have no concept of what a service oriented business is supposed to be. Needless to say, I will spread the word around. Again, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A FLORIST!!! And as you can see by the grammar on the good reviews, these were written probably by her or her cronies. Very bad English which leads me to believe they were all "Balseros" who work there.

BEWARE!!!! Just like everyone else on these reviews, I placed an order for flowers with Ronald who was originally very helpful. I was happy to have a beautiful arrangement sent to a co-worker for a funeral. I placed the order a few days before the date of delivery leaving Omel Flowers plenty of time to coordinate. We order a colorful arrangement that was to be delivered on a Friday for a Saturday Funeral. My co-worker returned to work on Monday to thank us for the arrangement and showed us a picture of an all white DROOPY and DYING arrangement that was delivered on Sunday. I was extremely upset as anyone would be and I called the office to speak with Ronald who told me that he was busy with someone and would call me back in 15mins. Needless to say no phone call and to top it off with AWESOME Customer Service they continued to ignore every phone call I made until I used a different phone number to call. They picked up and this woman who claims to be the owner, CAN NOT SPEAK ENGLISH and she yells at me and tells me to stop talking and that I should have ordered white flowers to begin with since its a funeral and that I should be happy that my co-worker loved it! REALLY????????? Ridiculous and Unproffesional to say the least. BEWARE!!!

Omel definitely came through for me. My experience was that I ordered a dozen roses from FTD to be delivered to the hotel in which I was staying to attend a university graduation the next day (Saturday). When the delivery finally arrived, the roses were old, bent, and tied together with rubber bands. I called FTD back to complain. They went to work to find a local florist to fix this problem. Happily, they selected Omel Flowers. Omel florists went over and beyond. Not only was the arrangement they put together beautiful (yellow roses over greenery, with a pretty purple bowed ribbon to hold them together, in nice quality wrapping), they also had it delivered well after hours in the evening. I encourage all to use this florist and will definitely ask FTD to use them if/when I use FTD again.

HORRIBLE experience. Once Omel sold the flower shop to Maria it has been a disaster. We would use this flower shop to buy arrangements for all sorts of occasions. After attempting to do business with them on multiple occasions, they have lied to me over the phone about the DAY (not the time) the arrangement would be arriving (that has been the latest lie). yes she said it would arrive today and it didnt. After calling back to speak to the owner (Maria) she never attended to me on the phone again, was supposedly busy and never returned my call, as she said she would. Needless to say they have basically lied to me three times, at this point, I am taking my business elsewhere. Find another shop, these people have no business running this place. Oh, and the girl who answers the phone is SUPER rude.

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!! So I called and spoke to Ronald because I have a co-worker that had just given birth. He txt me some flower arrangements that matched my taste. I called back to place the order for the beautiful bouquet I thought she would receive. First off the delivery was late they promised me a 12 delivery and it got there by 3 and then to top it all off when I arrived at the hospital to visit my co-worker I was absolutely stunned by the disgusting arrangement they had sent. Nothing like the picture he had sent me and to top it off the balloon I paid for was ever delivered. I paid $68 dollars for and arrangement that was worth $20. They are complete rip offs...And the manager Maria is horrible and would not answer my calls...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

Ordered rose bouquet through FTD 5 days ago for our anniversary to be delivered early morning. They dont guarantee time but said they would let the florist know . I called FTD starting at 9:30 am to get an idea of delivery time. The person I spoke to hardly spoke English and could barely understand her. Spent 20 minutes on the phone and got no where. Called twice more same thing. When I called the third time I asked if I could speak to some body in the States she said she could not allow that. Flowers arrived about 5 pm. Service was terrible from FTD and Omel flowers . Will never order again from either place. I should have just ordered from Publix who has great service and better quality. I know .Worked there a lifetime. Very Dissapointed !

My wonderful boyfriend bought me flowers from this place and they were terrible. I love the thought he put into it and I would love anything he gives me even dry flowers but this place stole his money! The flowers were dead and very old! The water was so dark and dirty . Disgusting! And the worse part is that they charged him $80 for a Large boutique! Large! That thing was so SMALL!!! It had less than 8 flowers in them! Do yourself a favor and ignore this place! When I called the owner was more understanding. Even though I wasnt happy she offered to make it better. I appreciate what she did. She handed the situation correctly. Even though my first impression was bad I hope we can give them another chance for a better one.

I am very dissapointed at this place. I have never done this in my life. First the roses were Dead, second the heart was so small it fit in my hands. You might think it was a cheap but I actually paid 75 dollars for this. if I would have known how cheap and bad the roses were, I would have never order anything. Everytime I would call they would actually Hang up on me, because I wanted a confirmation of the bill payed because I got charged twice. Then after telling me the delivery was gonna be at 12, it was actually deliver at 5 oclock. So please if ur gonna buy flowers for a special person please avoid buying from this place if you truly love the person your giving the flowers too.
