This review is being written by the recipient of the bouquet because my daughter lovingly sent it and I do not want to tell her and be disappointed. This was an online order and I do not know what was actually requested but I have never received a bouquet of flowers that only have 1/2 flower and 1/2 greenery. There were 3 broken flowers and wilted rose. There is a front of flowers and a back of only filler foliage. Secondly I was called to confirm the address which was correct but the person on the phone did not speak English and could not give me to someone who did. It is apparent they were not familiar with Miami Shores a long established community…..no gps, no google maps????? The flowers were delivered but the surprise of getting the flowers was gone with the phone calls. I also got a voice mail saying if I did not respond immediately they would not deliver the first time they called but I was out and did not immediately see the message. I would never recommend this florist…if they really are a florist because of the poor quality and service. I called them to complain but had to leave a voice message and have not gotten a return call. My daughter is so sweet and caring, what a shame on such an important holiday this company failed miserably. I have pictures but cannot attach them to this message

I bought the premium flowers for a recipient on Valentines Day. The website stated there will be additional items attach to the flowers as well as 10 roses included with the flowers. My recipient received the flowers with only 6 roses and no additional items. I sent an email to Denny in concern with this and he told me it was an error. I will receive a partial refund since she received the standard flowers and not the premium. Its almost a month now and I havent received the refund and he is not returning my emails. I Understand mistakes happen but dont tell me one thing and do the other. Its not about the money. Its the principal. If youre gonna do business with them, its best to go to the store directly or just avoid them.

I ordered for Valentines Day at last minute since another florist called and said they wouldnt be able to help me and they went above and beyond to make it happen my wife loved the orchids and red roses that was sent! I am truly happy and will order again soon for Mothers Day. Thanks

FLowers looking like on the website but delivered on the wrong date. Especially when its for a holiday (Mothers day) they should be more careful. Since then, I read all the bad reviews about them... if I knew I wouldnt have order to them.
