If I could give less than one star, I would. To clarify, this isnt about the quality of their bouquets, which my mom didnt get to find out as Misty Rose did not deliver the $80+ bouquet my grandmother purchased for her. In straight facts, my grandmother in New York purchased a Mothers Day bouquet for my mother in Florida, online through the website. It was the day before and we knew they would be busy. So when my mother said she didnt receive the bouquet, we assumed the deliveries that day were hectic and they would either be delivered later or it would be refunded. We werent that concerned as we believed the customer service would be thorough enough to help us out if we had an issue. We have never had an issue with any other kind of delivery service before. My grandmother, being less than tech savvy, didnt know her card was charged the $80+ until she received her credit card statement a week and a half later. Ill admit negligence on my behalf for not following up on this sooner with the company. However. The true issue isnt with the missed delivery. It is with the absolutely disrespectful, aggressive, and insulting customer service we received from the owner. When I called Misty Rose about the issue, they did offer to send an upgraded bouquet as an apology. However, we didnt want the bouquet, we just wanted the money credited back to my grandmothers account. It doesnt make sense to pay for a product we did not receive. The owner then proceeded to say that it was a week and a half later and they had nothing but a slip of paper from the driver saying that it was delivered and set on the porch. We explained my grandmothers situation and told him it was not delivered: my mother was home all day; no bell was rung; the flowers were simply not received. He said that they had over 350 deliveries that day and they had not had a problem like this yet. He said they had to hire additional drivers and that it was possible "they delivered it to the wrong house." What I dont understand is how, when the owner himself states that there is reasonable doubt that the driver may have delivered to the wrong house, that somehow places the blame on us. He then told us that he was willing to drive to our house and see if the porch matches the description of the porch the driver wrote about. Aggressive tone aside, I do not want this man anywhere near my house and I am uncomfortable that he has my address. He then proceeded to call us liars and said that we were, "trying to hurt him financially." How we could hurt him financially in the slew of 350 orders that day alone truly baffles me. He said he put money into creating the arrangement and sending out the driver and somehow that money is on us, even though we never received the arrangement. This man spent the majority of this phone call talking over us and not letting us get a word in as to our situation. He continually interrupted and essentially mansplained himself in circles before telling us that he did not need our business and hung up on us. This situation could have easily been taken care of if this man was in any way understanding or had any interest at all in customer service. We would have accepted a bouquet with a proper explanation if things were handled civilly and with any ounce of respect for the customer. As such, it was not. We have since handled the situation with the credit card company but Misty Rose will receive their wishes and we will not be giving them our business ever again.

My husband works nearby and buys me carnations from Misty Rose. Carnations are my all-time favorite, preferably white, followed by light pink, then red and hot pink. The white carnations are glorious! Some people complain that they brown on the edges, but its been my experience that this is the case regardless of where they come from. However, Ive not had this problem as often with Misty Rose as I have with other florists. So I can say they are truly fresh. The scent is truly heavenly. 5 stars for Misty Rose! Keep em coming.

Beautiful flowers AND excellent customer service! Sent some sympathy flowers via the website to a family member for same day delivery and later discovered they were already out of town for funeral arrangements. Called Mistys to ask for a change in delivery date only to discover the arrangement had already been delivered. When I told Misty Rose the flowers were received by the house sitter and not the bereaved, Misty Rose offered to send a second bouquet upon their return so they could fully enjoy the fresh flowers. So caring!

Did not have an appointment and walked in to have a bouquet made. Cynthia asked me a few questions and made a gorgeous arrangement. Marta charged me a fair price and we chatted while Cynthia put the flowers together. Everyone was very friendly and I appreciated the thought and care they put into making the arrangement. I will definitely be going back. Thank you again!

Bill and Martha were phenomenal. I am so thankful I found them not only as florist but as wedding coordinators. I highly recommend them. They were always on time and available. Their price was excellent too. Our wedding day was perfect because of them. They made sure everything was in place at the right time. They went the extra mile. The flowers were gorgeous.
