I have been doing business with Robert and Cheryl and the good folks at Hearts and Flowers literally since the first day they opened their doors 17 years ago. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of arrangements, gourmet baskets, and dish gardens from them. I have wired flowers all over the U.S. and even internationally with Hearts and Flowers, and they are the finest florists bar none. I am a very demanding floral customer. I have certain flowers I do NOT want to see in an arrangement (especially glads and carns), and they know not to allow a local order OR A WIRE ORDER to go out from me with those flowers. I dont have to remind them. They keep all my contacts to whom I have sent flowers on file. I never have to give them an address or phone number more than once, no matter how many times I send flowers. Robert takes the time to make sure that what is delivered represents me with elegance and style. Cheryls artistic eye is unbelievable. I have attended weddings and bar/bat mitvahs that they have done and have never seen such unique and magnificent work. I can spot a Hearts and Flowers event without even knowing theyve been there. They are that good. The lady who says she took care of the flowers is nuts. If she called the shop, I guarantee they replaced the flowers the same day -- thats how they do business. And, whats more, I know they didnt send out stale flowers. They would never do that. She didnt take care of those flowers, but even with that, Robert would have made sure the recipient received full value.

I went in to buy a Mothers Day arrangement for my aunt, so I didnt want to spend as much on it as I did on the one for my mother. I ask the lady at the counter for a ~$30 arrangement and decide to wait for it to be made. About 15 minutes later, a second woman comes in from their other suite with what she says is a $40 arrangement. After she learns that I actually wanted a $30 arrangement, she basically says right in front of me (and in an exasperated tone, no less) "Oh, hes not getting these," and proceeds to put the arrangement in the refrigerator. Im informed that theyll have to make another one and it will be another 15-20 minutes. Im sorry, but where I come from, if you make a mistake like that, especially one so financially minor, then you bite the cost and let the customer be on their way. As I had groceries in the car, I had to go home and then come back 15 minutes later just because of their mistake. And to top it off, when I got my flowers, they looked no better than something I could get at Publix for $10-15. The lady in front may have apologized to me about the mixup, but I will certainly never be giving them my business again. If you want amazing service and gorgeous flowers, my advice is to try Flowers & Found Objects in Fort Lauderdale, I know I will never stray from them again.

Ive been ordering flowers from Robert and Cheryl since the day they opened their doors. No one compares to them for first rate customer service in the florist business (or any other business, for that matter). These good people will break their backs to be sure your recipient remembers your gift of flowers. Ive attended numerous parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, and weddings that were decorated by Hearts and Flowers of Coral Springs over the last 20 plus years, and I am always delighted by the beautiful high end artistry of their design aesthetic. When I need a basket or a floral order wired out, I know Robert will speak with the receiving florist to ensure that my order receives the same attention on the other end that Hearts and Flowers would give it at home. You can trust these fine people with your floral, gift basket, and artistic needs.

2013: A Google search found this shop as well as a few others. After calling the first two stores and having been quoted some crazy pricing, I called Hearts & Flowers. After chatting for a few minutes with Robert and discussing the flower industry, I placed an order for the very same day (within a couple of hours actually) and they came through with flying colors. The price was very reasonable, they had exactly what I was looking for and most importantly, the person receiving them was VERY happy when they arrived. I will definitely be calling them for all future occasions. 2016: It has been 3 years now and Im still calling Hearts & Flowers for all my flower needs & occasions. The arrangements they created for the reception following our daughters baptism were gorgeous. My spouse loves everything they create so if shes happy, Im happy.

My brother passed away unexpectedly in August and I had to plan a Celebration of Life/Memorial for him a month later. Cheryl created beautiful centerpieces for the tables using sunflowers, lilies, roses and other flowers. She also made a gorgeous wreath for the table where my brothers photograph was displayed. The flowers were perfect and I received many compliments on them from the guests. Hearts and Flowers Florist has been in business for over 20 years because they do quality work and go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommend.

It was my second year anniversary, and I had an idea of a floral arrangement for my wife that I knew she would love. I went to the store and told them how I wanted the arrangement to look, with certain colored flowers and how many (keep in mind I am a guy who doesnt have an ounce of......., designer like stuff in my bones). They took my idea and made the most beautiful floral arrangement I have ever seen!!! My wife loved it!!! Thank you so much Hearts and Flowers.

I live in eastern PA, i called them on a thursday, to get flowers delivered that sunday (the one day they are closed), they still accommodated me, i took a quick glance at their website, couldnt decide what to get, so i gave them a budget, they stayed within it, my mom couldnt be happier, thank you for everything youve done, will be using hearts and flowers, for all future floral arrangements. P.S. ask for Robert, hes the dude i dealt with.

Will not go back. The owners made me feel VERY uncomfortable simply because I did not know much about buying flowers. They were rude and their dog was running loose in the store, which I thought was unprofessional. Their selection was fine, I guess, but extremely expensive. They wanted $60-80 for a dozen roses. I bought a very nice bouquet at Publix for $20 instead

I have been using Hearts and Flowers since the beginning of high school (1995) for Homecomings, Prom, etc. Now I will only use H & F when ordering flowers. Beautiful, talented, creative, long-lasting arrangements always made with a love for what they do. Thank you for always putting a smile on peoples faces, especially mine when I receive them :-)

I decided to go here because of the great reviews I read, and I am hear to add on to the great reviews. I went in pretty last minute for a corsage for my girlfriends prom. The staff there was very friendly and helped out us out pretty fast. My girlfriend loves the corsage and it is definitely a place I would recommend to friends.

Went to them for the first time today with a last minute order, the owner Cheryl said she would create a beautiful arrangement for my future daughter in laws bridal shower, she delivered a large beautiful arrangement that impressed everyone at the shower, THANK YOU.
