Brought my daughter in to get a rose tattoo a couple months ago for a wedding present, the shop was amazing, the shop boy was very respectful and informal, the shop was clean and modern. she was put with Picasso, she asked him for a rose and showed him the picture on her phone as a reference, and told him that she DID NOT WANT A ROSE EVERYONE HAS... so 15 seconds later he comes out with a design he already had and said it would be different, and she liked it enough to trust him. The tattoo came out great, but after leaving we realized that he does that rose on EVERYONE!!! Its the same exact thing! disappointed in the lack of originality of the artist, especially after asking numerous times to make sure its one of a kind (or somewhat one of a kind). Also we sat in complete silence for 45 minutes, every time we tried to start a conversation he looked at us like we were dumb. two times he picked up the phone while he was tattooing to talk to his friends. Just poor customer service from that one artist, the rest of the shop and the tattoo itself was great, just wish he actually listened to us

stopped by two parlors on the way onto the island and were severely disappointed in their work before we went into Incredible Ink to get my 29th tattoo and my son and daughter got tattoos for their upcoming 20th and 22nd birthday, the staff was extremely helpful and worked hard to fit us in. within an hour all three of us were done with beautiful tattoos! my son and daughter went to Sami and said she was GREAT! i went with Rob, and I would highly recommend him to anyone! on the way out, we got Tattoo Goo, and that has worked perfect on our tattoos! by far the best parlor i have ever been to and would recommend it to anyone.

A very bad experience. The guy who made my tattoo (the owner), was tired and bored because he made my tattoo late in the afternoon and of course he made some mistakes because of that. After I went back to show them the mistakes, they said that isnt there fault and they can not do anything. The owner didnt even want to talk with me, or stay face to face. I had to talk with the guy from front desk. Now I have to pay someone to adjust his mistakes. Disastrous.

I told them that I was leaving for Korea and only had a few free days to get a full sleeve, Rob took the challenge head on. My sleeve looks better than I ever imagined, especially for doing it in only two days. I came in with a theme I wanted and he came up with a design cooler than I ever couldve hoped for. I would recommend Rob to absolutely anyone. Great artist, and a great guy. Couldnt be much happier.

From the first minute we walked in the door the artists were very friendly and patient with us as we figured out our tattoos and placement! This was my 4th tattoo and by far the best experience with Rob as my tattoo artist. He did a clean, awesome, and mostly pain free job on my ankle tattoo!! I will definitely be coming back here for my next tattoo!!!

Had pic of crown.. it did not come out like the pic.. there is no definition in the tattoo. The shading is terrible.. I showed her the tattoo on my ankle and told her it was muddled and I didnt want that.. she even convinced me to go bigger with the crown to have more detail and it is still way too black and muddled . I am very sad and disappointed!

Best experience with a tattoo ever! Nicest people and very patient while I changed my mind several times. Sami was amazing and created a very calming and funny atmosphere as she did my tattoo on my inner arm! If I am ever back on the island I will definitely come back and get another one here!! Awesome place!!

Ive been to this tattoo studio several times. Ive have gotten 8 tattoos done there, and they were flawless designs every time. I highly recommend checking this place out because they do great work, they have great prices, and the staff helped me every step of the way. Thank u incredible ink for being so great.

Picasso did an amazing job on my owl tattoo, I couldnt be happier with how detailed it is and how it turned out; it looks just like the picture I brought him! The shading is beautiful and it sits perfectly on my shoulder. Definitely will be coming back for some more work when Im in town!

Friendly artists and receptionist, not snobby or intimidating and very welcoming. My 2 friends and I wanted work done last minute and they were very accomodating. So glad we found this studio! So fun! Victor, Rob and Samy rocked our kitty, lotus, and flower vase tattoos!
